The Radial Basis Functions Neural Network (RBFNN) is used to establish the model of a response system through the input and output data of the system. The synchronization between a drive system and the response system can be implemented by employing the RBFNN model and state feedback control. In this case, the exact mathematical model, which is the precondition for the conventional method, is unnecessary for implementing synchronization. The effect of the model error is investigated and a corresponding theorem is developed. The effect of the parameter perturbations and the measurement noise is investigated through simulations. The simulation results under different conditions show the effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

In this paper, adaptive identification and control of nonlinear dynamical systems are investigated using radial basis function networks (RBF). Firstly, a novel approach to train the RBF is introduced, which employs an adaptive fuzzy generalized learning vector quantization (AFGLVQ) technique and recursive least squares algorithm with variable forgetting factor (VRLS). The AFGLVQ adjusts the centers of the RBF while the VRLS updates the connection weights of the network. The identification algorithm has the properties of rapid convergence and persistent adaptability that make it suitable for real-time control. Secondly, on the basis of the one-step ahead RBF predictor, the control law is optimized iteratively through a numerical stable Davidon's least squares-based (SDLS) minimization approach. Four nonlinear examples are simulated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the identification and control algorithms. 展开更多

A full-wave analysis of the electromagnetic problem of a three-dimensional (3-D) antenna radiating through a 3-D dielectric radome is preserued. The problem is formulated using the Poggio-Miller-Chang-Harrington- Wu(PMCHW) approach for homogeneous dielectric objects and the electric field integral equation for conducting objects. The integral equations are discretized by the method of moment (MoM), in which the conducting and dielectric surface/interfaces are represented by curvilinear triangular patches and the unknown equivalent electric and magnetic currents are expanded using curvilinear RWG basis functions. The resultant matrix equation is then solved by the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA) and fast far-field approximation (FAFFA) is used to further accelerate the computation. The radiation patterns of dipole arrays in the presence of radomes are presented. The numerical results demonstrate the accuracy and versatility of this method. 展开更多

An adaptive integral dynamic surface control approach based on fully tuned radial basis function neural network (FTRBFNN) is presented for a general class of strict-feedback nonlinear systems,which may possess a wide class of uncertainties that are not linearly parameterized and do not have any prior knowledge of the bounding functions.FTRBFNN is employed to approximate the uncertainty online,and a systematic framework for adaptive controller design is given by dynamic surface control. The control algorithm has two outstanding features,namely,the neural network regulates the weights,width and center of Gaussian function simultaneously,which ensures the control system has perfect ability of restraining different unknown uncertainties and the integral term of tracking error introduced in the control law can eliminate the static error of the closed loop system effectively. As a result,high control precision can be achieved.All signals in the closed loop system can be guaranteed bounded by Lyapunov approach.Finally,simulation results demonstrate the validity of the control approach. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE To investigate the cerebralvasorelaxant material basis of Xiaoxuming decoction.METHODS According to the Xiaoxuming decoction herb sources,we retrieved the chemical structure from the literatures and the Chinese Natural Product Database(http://pharmdata.ncmi.cn).By using microvessel tension system,we checked the vasorelaxanteffects of Xiaoxuming decoction anti-cerebral ischemia effective components group(XXMDECG)and the available composition compounds on pre-contracted basilar artery ring.RESULTS963 compoundsin the decoction,including 81Fangfeng,77 Mahuang,130 Shengjiang,31 Guizhi,91 Huangqin,127 Renshen,73 Chuanxiong,44 Shaoyao,39 Xingren,42 Fangji,62 Fuzi and 166 Gancao were collected.The five largest number classes of compounds in the decoction are volatile oil(32%),flavone(32%),alkaloid(13%),saponin(7%),polyphenol and organic acid(5%).XXMDECG at concentration from 1 to 400μg·mL-1can dilate the KCl(60 mmol·L-1)and ET-1(0.01μmol·L-1)pre-contracted rat basilar artery rings in a dose-dependent manner.There are 6 compounds with vasorelaxant ratio more than 50%at the concentration of 10μmol·L-1.CONCLUSION Xiaoxuming decoction contains abundant chemical structure.It has the material basis of multiple ingredients and multiple targets.The XXMDECG are able to dilate the rat basilar artery rings in a dose-dependent manner.The network interactions between varies of chemical compounds in Xiaoxuming decoction and the vasoconstriction associated targets result in the comprehensive regulation mechanisms of vascular function. 展开更多

Akaike′s information criterion (AIC) with generalization error term is used as the best criterion of optimizing the structures and parameters of networks. It is shown from the simulation results that the method not only improves the approximation and generalization capability of RBFNNs ,but also obtain the optimal or suboptimal structures of networks. 展开更多

The machining precision not only depends on accurate mechanical structure but also depends on motion compensation method. If manufacturing precision of mechanical structure cannot be improved, the motion compensation is a reasonable way to improve motion precision. A motion compensation method based on neural network of radial basis function(RBF) was presented in this paper. It utilized the infinite approximation advantage of RBF neural network to fit the motion error curve. The best hidden neural quantity was optimized by training the motion error data and calculating the total sum of squares. The best curve coefficient matrix was got and used to calculate motion compensation values. The experiments showed that the motion errors could be reduced obviously by utilizing the method in this paper. 展开更多

The bottle neck of advancement of soybean breeding inthe Northeast of China is the lack of genetic diversity of the parents used in cross breeding.In order to overcome this constrained condition,under the sponsorship of China National Committe of Natural Science Fundation,a network project with the topic'Broadening and Improving of the Genetic Basis of the Northeast Soybeans'was established in 1990,and the Northeast Agricultural University was apointed to take charge of the project.The project included the following four items:Ⅰ.Breeding high yield and improved quality Northeast Soybeans,directed by Hcilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Science.Ⅱ.Development of new soybean gerplasms highly resistant to diseases epidemic in Northeast China directed by Northeast Agricultural university.Ⅲ.Exploitation of the potential of wild and semicultivated soybeans for broadening and improving the genetic basis of Northeast soybeans,directed by Jilin Academy of Agricultural Science.Ⅳ.Improving methods and technique for development of new soybean genetic resources,directed by Nanjing Agricultural University. Each item contained several research subjects conducted by research workers of different institutes of agricultural sciences.During the period 1991-1992,considerable promising new germplasms had been discovered or developed.The new germplasms not only possessed specific improved characters but also behaved with appropriate ecological types adapted to different conditions of Northeast.Among the numerous new germplasms developed,Gong Jio 8757-3 had a protein content of 49.41 %,100 seed weight 16-17 g,and acceptable agronomic characters,which was considered a very valuable new high protein content germplasm.Such developed new germplasms with enforced and improved genetic basis will be used primarily as parents in soybean cross breeding. 展开更多

中国古代思想史的分期依据,不应是哲学理论的变化和古代王朝的兴替,而应是中国传统思想文化的基本理论即治国富民理论,也就是王道思想的发展变化。以治国理论是否成熟、是否发生了重大变化为分期依据,中国古代思想史应分为五个时期:第一... 中国古代思想史的分期依据,不应是哲学理论的变化和古代王朝的兴替,而应是中国传统思想文化的基本理论即治国富民理论,也就是王道思想的发展变化。以治国理论是否成熟、是否发生了重大变化为分期依据,中国古代思想史应分为五个时期:第一,五帝、夏、商、周、春秋九代约3000年,治国思想产生并成熟,主要成果为六经文本,这是“先王之道”时期;第二,春秋战国之交约80年,孔子师徒祖孙继承发展“先王之道”,创造孔学,这是“新王之道”时期;第三,战国子学约300年,两种“王道”均式微,各种新的治国理论竞相创造,这是“百花齐放,百家争鸣”时期;第四,汉代至清代约2000年,汉学、理学、心学、朴学兼容并蓄,各有千秋,但始终以“新王之道”为思想理论的核心,这是儒学时期;第五,清末民国约50年,学者痛感国家民族危亡,遂愤而抛弃中国全部传统思想文化,这是全盘西化时期。如此分期,中国古代思想文化的基本理论及其发展脉络都十分清晰,学者考察现代相关学科的基本理论问题都比较便捷。 展开更多

目前,学界对于我国生态环境损害赔偿制度的私法属性及其理论基础仍存在重大学术争议,影响了该制度的发展与实施。为弥补公法救济制度之不足,法国于2016年在其《民法典》中确立了生态损害赔偿制度,该制度奠基于民法上的“公众共用物”概... 目前,学界对于我国生态环境损害赔偿制度的私法属性及其理论基础仍存在重大学术争议,影响了该制度的发展与实施。为弥补公法救济制度之不足,法国于2016年在其《民法典》中确立了生态损害赔偿制度,该制度奠基于民法上的“公众共用物”概念。生态损害是对生态系统这一公众共用物的损害及其对人类服务的集体利益损害,民法中的生态损害是集体利益损害,而非公共利益损害。公众对生态系统等公众共用物,享有民事权益,也承担民法上的保护义务。当民事主体违反其对生态系统的保护义务时,将承担生态损害赔偿责任。生态损害异于个人性民事权益损害,法国从原告资格、责任形式、预防制度、诉讼时效等方面对传统侵权制度进行适应性改造,形成了法国生态损害赔偿的制度构架。法国生态损害赔偿制度及其相关理论对我国探究生态环境损害赔偿制度法理基础、处理生态环境损害赔偿诉讼与环境民事公益诉讼的关系、构建生态损害公私法协同救济机制等诸多方面均有重要启示意义。法律创新是一项系统工程,我国尚须借鉴法国经验,确立公众共用物的概念,并对民事主体享有的与生态系统相关的民事权益与保护义务进行明确规定。在完成上述一系列立法任务后,我国生态损害赔偿制度方才具备坚实的法律基础。 展开更多

检察机关“提前”介入公安机关侦查是我国侦检衔接的重要机制,其直接源于打击犯罪的需要。然而,机制初建的规范偏离了法制,而不断开展的实践也偏离了规范本身。无论是宪法还是刑事诉讼法,目前都没有为这种机制提供明确的规范支持,而其... 检察机关“提前”介入公安机关侦查是我国侦检衔接的重要机制,其直接源于打击犯罪的需要。然而,机制初建的规范偏离了法制,而不断开展的实践也偏离了规范本身。无论是宪法还是刑事诉讼法,目前都没有为这种机制提供明确的规范支持,而其他规范性文件作为依据也不充分。以配合为主的检察提前介入侦查,与检察机关在审前程序的客观中立角色不符,削弱了其法律监督职能。以“诉讼职能说”“法律监督说”或“综合说”为主要基础的理论依据,一定程度上忽视了我国刑事诉讼的特殊性。虽然检察提前介入侦查具有一定的积极价值,但侦查质量的提高不是检察机关的职责,同步监督与动态监督也难以实现,对诉讼效率的追求更可能影响司法公正。因此,检察“提前”介入侦查应当谨慎。 展开更多

船舶在结构设计以及安全航行中,需要充分考虑风、波浪、海流、海冰等海洋环境对船体结构的影响。为了更快捷、更精确计算分布在船体结构的环境载荷,本文提出一种基于径向基函数载荷传递的计算方法。数学模型分别采用紧支和非紧支径向基... 船舶在结构设计以及安全航行中,需要充分考虑风、波浪、海流、海冰等海洋环境对船体结构的影响。为了更快捷、更精确计算分布在船体结构的环境载荷,本文提出一种基于径向基函数载荷传递的计算方法。数学模型分别采用紧支和非紧支径向基函数点插值方法,能够将作用在船体结构的环境载荷进行空间映射及插值。通过这种方式,环境载荷可以有效地传递到船体结构有限元网格上。为了验证载荷传递效果,结合算例进行了相关验证。将径向基函数插值方法与临近点加权平均法插值方式在不同网格上的插值精度、插值效率等进行对比。结果显示,径向基函数载荷传递方法在精度和效率上表现出色,证实了其精确性和合理性。本文研究内容为船舶和海工平台在海洋环境下的载荷精确传递与结构评估提供了技术支撑。 展开更多
