目的:汉化注册护士循证实践能力评估问卷(Questionnaire to Evaluate the Competency in Evidence-Based Practice of Registered Nurses,EBP-COQ-Prof),并在临床护士中检验其信效度。方法:对英文版EBP-COQ-Prof进行翻译、专家咨询和预...目的:汉化注册护士循证实践能力评估问卷(Questionnaire to Evaluate the Competency in Evidence-Based Practice of Registered Nurses,EBP-COQ-Prof),并在临床护士中检验其信效度。方法:对英文版EBP-COQ-Prof进行翻译、专家咨询和预调查后形成中文版EBP-COQ-Prof,并对武汉市三级甲等医院的406名临床护士进行调查,以验证中文版量表的信效度。结果:中文版EBP-COQ-Prof条目水平的内容效度指数为0.800~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.957。探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为70.802%。验证性因子分析结果显示模型拟合良好。总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.980,折半信度为0.947。结论:中文版EBP-COQ-Prof信效度较好,可作为评估我国临床护士循证护理实践能力的可靠工具。展开更多
目的:对生态瞬时评估(EMA)在乳腺癌病人症状管理中的应用和方法进行范围综述,以期为医护人员开展相关研究提供参考。方法:按照范围综述方法学,检索数据库CINAHL、Cochrane Library、EMbase、PsycINFO、PubMed、Web of Science、万方数...目的:对生态瞬时评估(EMA)在乳腺癌病人症状管理中的应用和方法进行范围综述,以期为医护人员开展相关研究提供参考。方法:按照范围综述方法学,检索数据库CINAHL、Cochrane Library、EMbase、PsycINFO、PubMed、Web of Science、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国知网和中国生物医学文献数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年7月30日,对检索文献进行筛选及汇总。结果:共纳入20篇文献;研究目的聚焦乳腺癌症状与身体活动的关系、乳腺癌病人与配偶的关系、乳腺癌症状与失眠的关系、乳腺癌认知功能与疲劳、生态瞬时评估可行性分析5个方向;结局指标包括情绪症状、躯体症状、社会心理因素、行为因素、认知功能、可行性;数据收集以智能手机和加速度计为主,多通过随机信号或固定信号提示,每日1~6次,间隔0.5~11.0 h,持续5~28 d;参与率为29.1%~100.0%,应答率为57.0%~100.0%,流失率为0~44.9%,奖励为15~130美元。结论:生态瞬时评估在乳腺癌症状管理中具有可行性,能够精确捕捉乳腺癌病人在不同时间点上的症状变化。未来可进一步开发更加标准化的生态瞬时评估报告指南,发掘生态瞬时评估在乳腺癌临床护理干预和其他领域的潜力,为制定个性化治疗方案提供科学依据。展开更多
