Based on the experimental data,this study investigated the effect of sand content of muddy water on water and nitrogen transport characteristics of the single-line interference infiltration under film hole irrigation ...Based on the experimental data,this study investigated the effect of sand content of muddy water on water and nitrogen transport characteristics of the single-line interference infiltration under film hole irrigation with muddy water and fertilizer.The relationship between the single-line interference infiltration parameters,the sand content,the wetting front movement distances,and the sand content were all established.The model of the cumulative infiltration volume of per unit film pore area,the vertical and horizontal wetting front movement distance of the free surface,and the wetting front movement distance of the interference center with sand content and infiltration time were proposed.Reveal the law of the change of soil water content and the distribution of NO_(3)^(-)-N content based on different muddy water sand content.The results indicate that at the same infiltration time,as the muddy water sand content increases,the cumulative infiltration volume per unit pore area decreases.The infiltration index of the free infiltration and the single-line interference vary little when the sand content increases,mainly are around 0.64 and 0.58.The relationship between infiltration parameters a,b and the sand content is linear function.At the same location,the more the sand content,the smaller the wetting front movement distance in free surface and the single-line interference surface,the less the NO_(3)^(-)-N content.展开更多

Due to the limitations of factors such as terrain and traffic, a large number of buried oil and gas pipelines are parallel to high- voltage transmission lines and electrified railways over long distances. Alternating pipelines is very serious in laboratory experiments were current (AC) corrosion of such cases. In this work, carried out with an electrochemical method in a simulated soil solution at various AC current densities from 0 to 200 A]m2 and AC frequencies from 10 to 200 Hz. Experimental results indicated that with an increase in the AC current density, the corrosion po- tential of an X60 steel electrode shifted negatively, the anodic current density increased significantly, and the corrosion rate increased. Moreover, with an increase in the AC frequency, the corrosion potential of the X60 electrode shifted positively and the anodic current density decreased, which led to a decrease in the corrosion rate. Furthermore, the morphology of X60 electrodes indicated that uniform corrosion occurred at a low AC current density; while corrosion pits were found on the X60 electrode surface at a high AC current density, and deep corrosion pits seriously damaged the pipelines and might lead to leakage.展开更多
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是世界上主要的猪传染性疾病之一,目前,疫苗和抗病毒药物只能提供有限的保护。本研究选择猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndr...猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是世界上主要的猪传染性疾病之一,目前,疫苗和抗病毒药物只能提供有限的保护。本研究选择猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)JXA1-R株ORF1a、ORF3、ORF4、ORF5、ORF6、ORF7的保守区域为靶序列,利用pSilencer2.1-U6neo构建shRNA表达载体并转染Marc-145细胞。经实时荧光定量PCR、细胞病变及病毒滴度分析,结果显示,ORF1a-4-shRNA、ORF3-1-shRNA、ORF6-2-shRNA干扰质粒能明显抑制病毒基因的转录,并有效抑制PRRSV在Marc-145上的增殖,显著降低病毒滴度。最后筛选ORF6-2-shRNA表达质粒转染猪胎儿成纤维细胞,构建稳定转染细胞株,为抗PRRSV转基因猪的生产奠定了基础。展开更多

文摘利用全球导航卫星系统(Global Navigation Satellite System,GNSS)双频差分信号进行电离层电子含量反演是一种常用的电离层探测手段,但GNSS信号在强电磁干扰环境下,被淹没于电磁噪声中而无法被提取,影响电离层总电子含量(total electron content,TEC)反演系统的可靠性。采用传统调零抗干扰阵列天线方案能解决干扰源剥离的问题,但调零信号的天线相位中心不稳定导致高精度的相位平滑伪距和精密单点定位(precise point positioning,PPP)算法无法收敛。针对强干扰环境下的电离层监测需求,本文提出一种抗干扰TEC数据反演手段,通过对阵列天线通道幅相一致性进行校正,保证相位中心的稳定性,从而推算出准确的电离层TEC信息,提高了系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力。
