文摘进行了Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.5V-0.3Ti压铸镁合金常规压铸和基于PID参数模糊自整定的压铸试验对比和分析。结果表明:和常规压铸合金相比,基于PID参数模糊自整定的试验合金抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别增大了25 MPa、19 MPa、0.1%,腐蚀电位正移了23 m V,耐腐蚀性能和显微组织均得到改善和提升。PID参数模糊自整定有助于提高Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.5V-0.3Ti镁合金的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。
