Thermal time模型认为植物需要高于基准温度(Base temperature,Tb)累积固定量的热效应(Thermal time,Tt)来完成特定的发育阶段,低于Tb或未达到固定量的Tt,不发生发育阶段的转化。本文在中国青藏高原、内蒙古高原、东北平原和新西兰坎特伯雷平原设置5个试验区,以高加索三叶草(Trifolium ambiguum Bieb.)为研究对象,观测单个花序发育速率和种群开花进展速率。基于试验区温度,运用Thermal time模型预测花序生长和花期进展,旨在量化花序开放和花期推进所需的热量条件,以此指导高加索三叶草饲草利用和种子生产。结果表明,高加索三叶草从现蕾发育到最大花序尺寸约需在2℃以上累积25℃·d;从始花期到盛花期需在7.5℃以上累积635℃·d;从盛花期到结实期存在地形差异,高原地区需在8.7℃以上累积1813℃·d,平原地区需在3℃以上累积1290℃·d。在高原地区高加索三叶草更适合饲草利用,在平原地区有种子生产利用的潜质。 展开更多

Enhancing the stability and performance of practical control systems in the presence of nonlinearity,time delay,and uncertainty remains a significant challenge.Particularly,a class of strict-feedback nonlinear uncertain systems characterized by unknown control directions and time-varying input delay lacks comprehensive solutions.In this paper,we propose an observerbased adaptive tracking controller to address this gap.Neural networks are utilized to handle uncertainty,and a unique coordinate transformation is employed to untangle the coupling between input delay and unknown control directions.Subsequently,a new auxiliary signal counters the impact of time-varying input delay,while a Nussbaum function is introduced to solve the problem of unknown control directions.The leverage of an advanced dynamic surface control technique avoids the“complexity explosion”and reduces boundary layer errors.Synthesizing these techniques ensures that all the closed-loop signals are semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded(SGUUB),and the tracking error converges to a small region around the origin by selecting suitable parameters.Simulation examples are provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach. 展开更多

Delay aware routing is now widely used to provide efficient network transmission. However, for newly developing or developed mobile communication networks(MCN), only limited delay data can be obtained. In such a network, the delay is with epistemic uncertainty, which makes the traditional routing scheme based on deterministic theory or probability theory not applicable. Motivated by this problem, the MCN with epistemic uncertainty is first summarized as a dynamic uncertain network based on uncertainty theory, which is widely applied to model epistemic uncertainties. Then by modeling the uncertain end-toend delay, a new delay bounded routing scheme is proposed to find the path with the maximum belief degree that satisfies the delay threshold for the dynamic uncertain network. Finally, a lowEarth-orbit satellite communication network(LEO-SCN) is used as a case to verify the effectiveness of our routing scheme. It is first modeled as a dynamic uncertain network, and then the delay bounded paths with the maximum belief degree are computed and compared under different delay thresholds. 展开更多

In the existing impact time control guidance (ITCG) laws for moving-targets, the effects of time-varying velocity caused by aerodynamics and gravity cannot be effectively con-sidered. Therefore, an ITCG with field-of-view (FOV) constraints based on biased proportional navigation guidance (PNG) is developed in this paper. The remaining flight time (time-to-go) estimation method is derived considering aerodynamic force and gravity. The number of differential equations is reduced and the integration step is increased by changing the integral variable, which makes it possible to obtain time-to-go through integration. An impact time controller with FOV constraints is proposed by analyzing the influence of the biased term on time-to-go and FOV constraint. Then, numerical simulations are performed to verify the correctness and superiority of the method. 展开更多

为了认识串联空气间隙的击穿过程,以球—球间隙为研究对象,设计了“非对称组合间隙”,即总间隙距离不变的条件下分别单独调整两个间隙的距离使上下间隙距离不一致。采用拓展Volume-Time理论计算了串联双间隙的U50%,并解释了雷电冲击电... 为了认识串联空气间隙的击穿过程,以球—球间隙为研究对象,设计了“非对称组合间隙”,即总间隙距离不变的条件下分别单独调整两个间隙的距离使上下间隙距离不一致。采用拓展Volume-Time理论计算了串联双间隙的U50%,并解释了雷电冲击电压下非对称组合空气间隙的非同期击穿物理过程。实验结果表明,上下间隙距离分布不均匀程度对串联空气间隙击穿电压和击穿延时的影响;不均匀程度较大时,较低电压下存在单个间隙放电、总体不击穿的现象,较高电压下两间隙将出现非同期击穿;不均匀程度较小时,两间隙同期击穿。为了解释这种现象,文中采用拓展Volume-Time理论,通过确定临界体积、临界面积等关键参数来计算串联双间隙的击穿电压。并把串联双空气间隙击穿的原因解释为,空气间隙电场的有效体积与有效面积超过临界值。因此,双间隙非同期击穿的产生是由于当一个间隙达到了击穿起始条件,而另一个间隙还未达到击穿起始条件。 展开更多

The defining feature of an NCS is that information is exchanged using a network among control system components. Two new concepts including long time delay and short time delay are proposed. The sensor is almost always clock driven. The controller or the actuator is either clock driven or event driven. Four possible driving modes of networked control systems are presented. The open loop mathematic models of networked control systems with long time delay are developed when the system is driven by anyone of the four different modes. The algorithm proposed here is also compared with other algorithms and its advantages over other algorithms are proved. For the position tracking control of hydraulic manipulators,a novel method of time delay control(TDC) with continuous nonsingular terminal sliding mode(CNTSM) was proposed in this work.Complex dynamics of the hydraulic manipulator is approximately canceled by time delay estimation(TDE),which means the proposed method is model-free and no prior knowledge of the dynamics is required.Moreover,the CNTSM term with a fast-TSM-type reaching law ensures fast convergence and high-precision tracking control performance under heavy lumped uncertainties.Despite its considerable robustness against lumped uncertainties,the proposed control scheme is continuous and chattering-free and no pressure sensors are required in practical applications.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that faster and higher-precision position tracking performance is achieved compared with the traditional CNTSM-based TDC method using boundary layers. 展开更多

建立一种可同时快速检测红薯、木薯、马铃薯、玉米源性成分的多重实时聚合酶链式反应(real-time polymerase chain reaction,real-time PCR)方法。分别以红薯g3pdh基因、木薯g3pdh基因、马铃薯UGPase基因、玉米zSSIIb基因为靶基因设计... 建立一种可同时快速检测红薯、木薯、马铃薯、玉米源性成分的多重实时聚合酶链式反应(real-time polymerase chain reaction,real-time PCR)方法。分别以红薯g3pdh基因、木薯g3pdh基因、马铃薯UGPase基因、玉米zSSIIb基因为靶基因设计特异性引物和TaqMan探针,以18S rRNA基因为内参基因,建立多重real-time PCR方法,开展方法学验证,并对不同掺入比例模拟样品和实际淀粉样品进行检测。结果显示,该方法具有高通量、特异性强、灵敏度高等优点。与15种非目标源性均无交叉反应;对目标DNA的检测灵敏度可达到3×10^(-3) ng/μL,且具有良好的线性关系和扩增效率;对淀粉样品的检出限可达0.1%,对50份实际样品进行检测,结果与参比方法一致,说明建立的多重real-time PCR法可用于食用淀粉种类掺假鉴别检测。 展开更多

Theoretic analysis and computer simulations indicate that the proposed covariation based HB weighted (COV-HB) algorithm can suppress impulsive noises in one received signal for 1 ≤α≤ 2, whereas the other proposed fractional lower order eovariancebased HB weighted (FLOC-HB) algorithm has robust performance under arbitrary impulsive noise conditions for the whole range of 0 〈α≤ 2. 展开更多

The observer-based robust fault detection filter design and optimization for networked control systems (NOSs) with uncer- tain time-varying delays are addressed. The NCSs with uncertain time-varying delays are modeled as parameter-uncertain systems by the matrix theory. Based on the model, an observer-based residual generator is constructed and the sufficient condition for the existence of the desired fault detection filter is derived in terms of the linear matrix inequality. Furthermore, a time domain opti- mization approach is proposed to improve the performance of the fault detection system. To prevent the false alarms, a new thresh- old function is established, and the solution of the optimization problem is given by using the singular value decomposition (SVD) of the matrix. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

A new cascade control program was proposed based on modified internal model control to handle stable,unstable and integrating processes with time delay.The program had totally four controllers of which the secondary loop had two controllers and the primary loop had two controllers.The two secondary loop controllers were designed using IMC technique.They were decoupled completely and could be adjusted independently,which avoided the undesirable influence on performance of the primary controllers.The main controller in the primary loop was devised as a PID using the method of minimum sensitivity,which could guarantee not only the nominal performance but also the robust stability of the system.A setpoint filter was added in the primary loop to improve the tracking performance.All the controllers of the two closed-loops were designed analytically,and could be adjusted and optimized by single parameter respectively.Simulations were carried out on three various processes with time delay,and the results show that the proposed method can provide a better performance of both set-point tracking and disturbance rejection and robustness against parameters perturbation. 展开更多

Higher-order statistics based approaches and signal sparseness based approaches have emerged in recent decades to resolve the underdetermined direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation problem.These model-based methods face great challenges in practical applications due to high computational complexity and dependence on ideal assumptions.This paper presents an effective DOA estimation approach based on a deep residual network(DRN)for the underdetermined case.We first extract an input feature from a new matrix calculated by stacking several covariance matrices corresponding to different time delays.We then provide the input feature to the trained DRN to construct the super resolution spectrum.The DRN learns the mapping relationship between the input feature and the spatial spectrum by training.The proposed approach is superior to existing model-based estimation methods in terms of calculation efficiency,independence of source sparseness and adaptive capacity to non-ideal conditions(e.g.,low signal to noise ratio,short bit sequence).Simulations demonstrate the validity and strong performance of the proposed algorithm on both overdetermined and underdetermined cases. 展开更多

For a class of interconnected time delay uncertain systems satisfing the matching conditions, the sufficient condition for decentralized stabilization feedback control laws is derived based on Lyapunov stability theorem. This condition is expressed as the solvability problem of linear matrix inequalities(LMI). It can be easily determined whether or not, it is feasible and one can easily obtain the decentralized stabilizing state feedback matrices via LMI techniques. The method overcomes the limitations of the existing algebraic Riccati equation method. The given example shows the application of the method. 展开更多
