基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-CRITIC法(criteria importance through inter-criteria correlation)结合Box-Behnken响应面法优选佛手丝最佳趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺。以综合评分值为评价指标,采用单因素实验筛选出... 基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-CRITIC法(criteria importance through inter-criteria correlation)结合Box-Behnken响应面法优选佛手丝最佳趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺。以综合评分值为评价指标,采用单因素实验筛选出4个影响因素的中心点。在单因素实验的基础上,以橙皮苷、香叶木苷、5,7-二甲氧基香豆素、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物五项指标成分含量的综合评分值为评价指标,进行响应面法设计,优化得到最佳趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺。基于以上结果,对得到的最佳工艺进行3批样品的验证,同时在外观性状和指标成分含量两个方面对比最佳趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺和传统工艺。最终得到的最佳佛手丝趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺为:切片厚度4 mm,干燥至水分含量为70%,取出切5 mm宽度的丝,于57℃干燥至恒重。实验结果表明得到的最佳佛手丝趁鲜加工与炮制一体化工艺稳定、可行,较传统加工饮片相比,该工艺得到的佛手丝饮片外观性状及指标成分的含量均较优,可为佛手丝饮片生产提供可行性建议。 展开更多

To study the anti-explosion protection effect of polyurea coating on reinforced concrete box girder,two segmental girder specimens were made at a scale of 1:3,numbered as G(without polyurea coating)and PCG(with polyurea coating).The failure characteristics and dynamic responses of the specimens were compared through conducting explosion tests.The reliability of the numerical simulation using LS-DYNA software was verified by the test results.The effects of different scaled distances,reinforcement ratios,concrete strengths,coating thicknesses and ranges of polyurea were studied.The results show that the polyurea coating can effectively enhance the anti-explosion performance of the girder.The top plate of middle chamber in specimen G forms an elliptical penetrating hole,while that in specimen PCG only shows a very slight local dent.The peak vertical displacement and residual displacement of PCG decrease by 74.8% and 73.7%,respectively,compared with those of specimen G.For the TNT explosion with small equivalent,the polyurea coating has a more significant protective effect on reducing the size of fracture.With the increase of TNT equivalent,the protective effect of polyurea on reducing girder displacement becomes more significant.The optimal reinforcement ratio,concrete strength,thickness and range of polyurea coating were also drawn. 展开更多

In the study of oriented bounding boxes(OBB)object detection in high-resolution remote sensing images,the problem of missed and wrong detection of small targets occurs because the targets are too small and have different orientations.Existing OBB object detection for remote sensing images,although making good progress,mainly focuses on directional modeling,while less consideration is given to the size of the object as well as the problem of missed detection.In this study,a method based on improved YOLOv8 was proposed for detecting oriented objects in remote sensing images,which can improve the detection precision of oriented objects in remote sensing images.Firstly,the ResCBAMG module was innovatively designed,which could better extract channel and spatial correlation information.Secondly,the innovative top-down feature fusion layer network structure was proposed in conjunction with the Efficient Channel Attention(ECA)attention module,which helped to capture inter-local cross-channel interaction information appropriately.Finally,we introduced an innovative ResCBAMG module between the different C2f modules and detection heads of the bottom-up feature fusion layer.This innovative structure helped the model to better focus on the target area.The precision and robustness of oriented target detection were also improved.Experimental results on the DOTA-v1.5 dataset showed that the detection Precision,mAP@0.5,and mAP@0.5:0.95 metrics of the improved model are better compared to the original model.This improvement is effective in detecting small targets and complex scenes. 展开更多

To examine the similarities and differences in the evolution of cavity,wetting and dynamics of a highspeed,oblique water-entry projectile with different positive angles of attack,a comparative analysis has been conducted based on the numerical results of two mathematical models,the rigid-body model and fluid-structure interaction model.In addition,the applicable scope of the above two methods,and the structural response characteristics of the projectile have also been investigated.Our results demonstrate that:(1) The impact loads and angular motion of the projectile of the rigid-body method are more likely to exhibit periodic variations due to the periodic tail slap,its range of positive angles of attack is about α<2°.(2) When the projectile undergone significant wetting,a strong coupling effect is observed among wetting,structural deformation,and projectile motion.With the applied projectile shape,it is observed that,when the projectile bends,the final wetting position is that of Part B(cylinder of body).With the occu rrence of this phenomenon,the projectile ballistics beco me completely unstable.(3) The force exerted on the lower surface of the projectile induced by wetting is the primary reason of the destabilization of the projectile traj ectory and structu ral deformation failure.Bending deformation is most likely to appear at the junction of Part C(cone of body) and Part D(tail).The safe angles of attack of the projectile stability are found to be about α≤2°. 展开更多

目的:研究DExH-box解旋酶9(DExH-boxhelicase9,DHX9)的氧连接-N-乙酰葡萄糖胺(O-linkedNacetylglucosamine,O-GlcNAc)修饰对乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)相关肝癌细胞增殖能力的影响。方法:通过分子克隆构建pAdTrack-TO4-DHX9-3... 目的:研究DExH-box解旋酶9(DExH-boxhelicase9,DHX9)的氧连接-N-乙酰葡萄糖胺(O-linkedNacetylglucosamine,O-GlcNAc)修饰对乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)相关肝癌细胞增殖能力的影响。方法:通过分子克隆构建pAdTrack-TO4-DHX9-3Flag重组腺病毒质粒,并将重组腺病毒质粒转染至HEK293细胞中,包装、扩增重组腺病毒AdDHX9。通过免疫共沉淀实验检测DHX9与O-GlcNAc转移酶(O-GlcNAc transferase,OGT)的相互作用,免疫荧光实验研究DHX9与OGT共定位情况。通过琥珀酰化小麦胚芽凝集素(succinylated wheat germ agglutinin,sWGA)和糖基化免疫沉淀实验(immunoprecipitation,IP)检测DHX9 O-GlcNAc修饰水平。通过克隆形成实验和细胞生长曲线探索DHX9 O-GlcNAc修饰对HBV相关肝癌细胞增殖能力的影响。结果:成功获得了重组腺病毒AdDHX9,经Western blot鉴定了DHX9的表达。DHX9与OGT相互作用,2者共定位于细胞核。sWGA和糖基化IP实验证实了DHX9能够发生O-GlcNAc修饰,并且HBV感染促进了DHX9 O-GlcNAc修饰水平。克隆形成实验显示,与AdGFP对照组(142.667±7.572)相比,AdDHX9组(386.667±15.630)的细胞克隆数量增加(P<0.001)。细胞生长曲线结果显示,AdDHX9组(22.860±0.770)比AdGFP对照组(13.670±0.517)的细胞整体生长速率增加(P<0.001)。结论:HBV感染促进DHX9 O-GlcNAc修饰;DHX9 O-GlcNAc修饰增强HBV相关肝癌细胞的增殖能力。 展开更多

Using a dynamic laser monitoring technique,the solubility of 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole-5-one(NTO)was investigated in two different binary systems,namely hydroxylamine nitrate(HAN)-water and boric acid(HB)-water ranging from 278.15 K to 318.15 K.The solubility in each system was found to be positively correlated with temperature.Furthermore,solubility data were analyzed using four equations:the modified Apelblat equation,Van’t Hoff equation,λh equation and CNIBS/R-K equations,and they provided satisfactory results for both two systems.The average root-mean-square deviation(105RMSD)values for these models were less than 13.93.Calculations utilizing the Van’t Hoff equation and Gibbs equations facilitated the derivation of apparent thermodynamic properties of NTO dissolution in the two systems,including values for Gibbs free energy,enthalpy and entropy.The%ζ_(H)is larger than%ζ_(TS),and all the%ζ_(H)data are≥58.63%,indicating that the enthalpy make a greater contribution than entropy to theΔG_(soln)^(Θ). 展开更多

Ice load on underwater vehicles breaking through ice covers from underneath is a significant concern for researchers in polar exploration,and the research on this problem is still in its early stages.Both mechanical experimental measurement and numerical simulation pose research challenges.This study focuses on the ice load of a cylinder structure breaking upward through the ice sheet form underneath in the Small Ice Model Basin of China Ship Scientific Research Center(CSSRC SIMB).A high-speed camera system was employed to observe the ice sheet failure during the tests,in which,with the loading position as center,local radial cracks and circumferential cracks were generated.A load sensor was used to measure the overall ice load during this process.Meanwhile,a numerical model was developed using LS-DYNA for validation and comparison.With this model,numerical simulation was conducted under various ice thicknesses and upgoing speeds to analyze the instantaneous curves of ice load.The calculation results were statistically analyzed under different working conditions to determine the influence of the factors on the ice load of the cylinder.The study explores the measurement method about ice load of objects vertically breaking through model ice sheet and is expected to provide some fundamental insights into the safety design of underwater structures operating in ice waters. 展开更多

A stochastic epidemic model with two age groups is established in this study,in which the susceptible(S),the exposed(E),the infected(I),the hospitalized(H)and the recovered(R)are involved within the total population,the aging rates between two age groups are set to be constant.The existence-and-uniqueness of global positive solution is firstly showed.Then,by constructing several appropriate Lyapunov functions and using the high-dimensional Itô’s formula,the sufficient conditions for the stochastic extinction and stochastic persistence of the exposed individuals and the infected individuals are obtained.The stochastic extinction indicator and the stochastic persistence indicator are less-valued expressions compared with the basic reproduction number.Meanwhile,the main results of this study are modified into multi-age groups.Furthermore,by using the surveillance data for Fujian Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Fuzhou COVID-19 epidemic is chosen to carry out the numerical simulations,which show that the age group of the population plays the vital role when studying infectious diseases. 展开更多

MADS-box基因在植物生长发育全过程中具有重要调控功能。目前,关于番茄Ⅱ型MADS-box基因的功能研究较多,而Ⅰ型MADS-box基因却鲜有报道。本研究克隆了Ⅰ型MADS-box基因SlMADS79,该基因在番茄根、叶和侧芽中表达水平相对较高,推测其可能参与番茄营养器官生长调控。本研究以经典番茄栽培品种Ailsa Craig(AC^(++))为背景材料,采用RNA干扰技术沉默SlMADS79基因。与野生型相比,SlMADS79基因沉默株系顶端优势度降低、植株矮小;叶片的长度、宽度、周长以及面积均小于野生型植株;根系总长度、总表面积、总投影面积、根系体积、分叉数、根尖数均显著减少。解剖学研究表明,沉默植株茎秆的纵切面细胞较小,然而其平均数量明显增加。在激素水平上,SlMADS79沉默株系中IAA(吲哚-3-乙酸)、TZR(转玉米素核糖苷)以及CS(栗木甾酮)含量降低。在分子水平上,生长素应答基因IAA3和赤霉素合成基因GA3ox1在SlMADS79沉默株系中显著下调,而细胞周期基因CyCA3;1在沉默株系中显著上调。本研究从形态、解剖、激素和分子水平上进一步解析了SlMADS79基因的生物学功能,丰富了番茄Ⅰ型MADS-box基因家族的研究,为番茄株型调控研究提供了可靠的理论依据。 展开更多

In order to enhance the control performance of piezo-positioning system,the influence of hysteresis characteristics and its compensation method are studied.Hammerstein model is used to represent the dynamic hysteresis nonlinear characteristics of piezo-positioning actuator.The static nonlinear part and dynamic linear part of the Hammerstein model are represented by models obtained through the Prandtl-Ishlinskii(PI)model and Hankel matrix system identification method,respectively.This model demonstrates good generalization capability for typical input frequencies below 200 Hz.A sliding mode inverse compensation tracking control strategy based on P-I inverse model and integral augmentation is proposed.Experimental results show that compared with PID inverse compensation control and sliding mode control without inverse compensation,the sliding mode inverse compensation control has a more ideal step response and no overshoot,moreover,the settling time is only 6.2 ms.In the frequency domain,the system closed-loop tracking bandwidth reaches 119.9 Hz,and the disturbance rejection bandwidth reaches 86.2 Hz.The proposed control strategy can effectively compensate the hysteresis nonlinearity,and improve the tracking accuracy and antidisturbance capability of piezo-positioning system. 展开更多

【目的】开展藜麦CqMADS-box基因家族鉴定和表达分析,为藜麦产量品质的提高提供优异基因资源。【方法】基于拟南芥MADS-box蛋白序列,利用BLASTP和隐马尔可夫模型文件(Hidden Markov Model, HMM)鉴定CqMADS-box基因家族成员,采用最大似然... 【目的】开展藜麦CqMADS-box基因家族鉴定和表达分析,为藜麦产量品质的提高提供优异基因资源。【方法】基于拟南芥MADS-box蛋白序列,利用BLASTP和隐马尔可夫模型文件(Hidden Markov Model, HMM)鉴定CqMADS-box基因家族成员,采用最大似然法(maximum likelihood, ML)构建系统发育树,分析MADS-box基因在染色体的位置,利用MXSCan分析CqMADSbox基因家族成员在藜麦亚基因组A/B间,及其与甜菜二倍体近缘种C. pallidicaule(A)、C. suecicum(B),六倍体近缘种中国台湾红藜(Chenopodium formosanum)中MADS-box成员的共线性,利用WoLF PSORT、PlantCARE等在线网站分析CqMADS-box转录因子的理化性质、基因结构、启动子区顺式作用元件。基于前期发表的转录组数据,分析CqMADS-box在不同组织、6个花序发育时期、种子萌发的表达模式;利用转录组数据分析在长日照和短日照下,花期和花器官相关CqMADS-box的表达情况。【结果】鉴定得到117个藜麦MADS-box基因家族成员,分布在17条染色体上。Ⅰ型CqMADS-box包含Mα、Mγ两个进化分支,Ⅱ型包含CqPI(CqGLO)、CqAGL17等14个进化分支。不同分支CqMADS-box基因结构、蛋白Motif组成、转录因子结合位点类型和数量存在不同程度的差异。进化分析表明,串联复制是藜麦MADS-box家族扩张的主要途径,大部分复制的时间在四倍体化之前。表达模式结果表明,CqMADS-box基因在花序中表达量相对较高,而在花序发育前期(YP1或YP2),CqSEP3、CqAP1、CqGGM13类基因呈相对高表达;种子经过ABA处理后,CqSEP3类基因表达量显著上升;不同光周期下的表达模式表明,CqAP1、CqSOC1类基因在长日照和短日照下表达量均较高。【结论】CqMADS-box基因家族成员具有组织特异性表达模式,且CqSEP3类基因在藜麦花序发育和响应ABA激素处理的过程中发挥重要作用。 展开更多

In this paper,we propose an RLC equivalent circuit model theory which can accurately predict the spectral response and resonance characteristics of metamaterial absorption structures,extend its design,and characterize the parameters of the model in detail.By employing this model,we conducted computations to characterize the response wavelength and bandwidth of variously sized metamaterial absorbers.A comparative analysis with Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD)simulations demonstrated a remarkable level of consistency in the results.The designed absorbers were fabricated using micro-nano fabrication processes,and were experimentally tested to demonstrate absorption rates exceeding 90%at a wavelength of 9.28μm.The predicted results are then compared with test results.The comparison reveals good consistency in two aspects of the resonance responses,thereby confirming the rationality and accuracy of this model. 展开更多

Advertising avoidance is resistance to advertising intrusion.This issue has been the subject of much academic research in recent years.To guide scholars to better carry out relevant research and promote enterprises to better implement advertising activities,this study intends to summarize the relevant research on advertising avoidance in recent years.The specific method is to use the core literature meta-analysis method to identify,filter,and screen relevant literature published in core journals from 1997 to 2020 with the keywords advertising avoidance and advertising resistance.We review the collected articles from the following perspectives:the definition and classification,external stimulating factors,internal perception factors,and moderating factors of advertising avoidance.On this basis,the SOMR model of advertising avoidance is constructed according to the SOR model.Finally,some prospects for future related research are presented. 展开更多

In the past few decades,the navigation performance of ships and structures in ice-covered waters has not been fully studied,especially the influence of ice mechanical properties on icebreaking ability.Ice bending strength is a key ice parameter for predicting ship ice loads,and accurate ice bending strength is also the key to scaling model tests results to real ship.However,numerical simulation studies on model ice bending strength of ice tanks are often neglected.In this paper,an explicit finite element method model is used to simulate the ice cantilever beam test,and the failure load and bending strength of the ice are obtained.In this model,the Tsai-Wu failure criterion is used as the material constitutive model,and the required simulation parameters are obtained from the model ice test in ice tank.Parameter sensitivity analysis shows that the cantilever beam size of the model ice has a significant effect on the flexural strength.The results show that proper rounding at the root of the cantilever beam is beneficial to reduce stress concentration and obtain more accurate bending strength;the thickness,width and length of the cantilever beam should conform to a certain ratio,and consistent with the ITTC recommended reference.Therefore,the results of this study can promote model ice experiments and numerical studies and provide ice strength data support for ship design and polar ship maneuvering. 展开更多

Concrete material model plays an important role in numerical predictions of its dynamic responses subjected to projectile impact and charge explosion.Current concrete material models could be distinguished into two kinds,i.e.,the hydro-elastoplastic-damage model with independent equation of state and the cap-elastoplastic-damage model with continuous cap surface.The essential differences between the two kind models are vital for researchers to choose an appropriate kind of concrete material model for their concerned problems,while existing studies have contradictory conclusions.To resolve this issue,the constitutive theories of the two kinds of models are firstly overviewed.Then,the constitutive theories between the two kinds of models are comprehensively compared and the main similarities and differences are clarified,which are demonstrated by single element numerical examples.Finally,numerical predictions for projectile penetration and charge explosion experiments on concrete targets are compared to further demonstrate the conclusion made by constitutive comparison.It is found that both the two kind models could be used to simulate the dynamic responses of concrete under projectile impact and blast loadings,if the parameter needed in material models are well calibrated,although some discrepancies between them may exist. 展开更多
