Objective:Existing research shows that psychotherapists may experience secondary trauma and burnout,often neglecting self-care.This study aims to examine the effectiveness of self-care education in enhancing self-care...Objective:Existing research shows that psychotherapists may experience secondary trauma and burnout,often neglecting self-care.This study aims to examine the effectiveness of self-care education in enhancing self-care efficacy among psychotherapists and explore factors affecting improvements in their self-care abilities.Methods:A self-care workshop was conducted for 159 psychotherapists from various fields.Participants’demographic information and self-care ability data were collected.The Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)was used to assess the participant’s self-care levels before and after the workshop.Results:Post-workshop,ESCA total scores and subscale scores of participants showed significant increases(all P<0.001).Notably,score improvement levels differed by gender and years of practice,with female therapists showing greater improvement than male therapists(t=2.069,P=0.040)and those with longer work experience showing greater improvement than those with shorter experience(F=2.537,P=0.042).Conclusion:Providing self-care education for psychotherapists is essential.Future self care education programs or interventions for psychotherapists should consider gender and work experience factors to better support their self-care enhancement.展开更多

There is almost universal faith in "innovation capability", which can realize creations with obvioussocial values, and a knowledge-based needs such creation. The crux of the problem herein is to developinnovation ca...There is almost universal faith in "innovation capability", which can realize creations with obvioussocial values, and a knowledge-based needs such creation. The crux of the problem herein is to developinnovation capability and offer a good environment for those creation-driven persons in order to facilitate themto play their roles. The creativity hence is equated with a technical, instrumental existence, and innovationcapability therefore is understood as something with creativity for ever. This kind of research cannot wellunderstand the social nature of innovation, and would lead to our over-dependence on those technical factorsin the matter of innovation of education. In our opinion, the longing for innovation is not only the need of theknowledge-based society, but the need of the whole modern society. As Schumpeter argues, between the growthand the development there is not an absolute gap, where seemingly insignificant may exit a truly earthshakingpower. Our ultimate aim is to build an educational theory of innovation based upon the social nature of innovation,that is, to build a meta-theory of the sharing framework of the action of educational innovation.展开更多
Tracking and analyzing data from research projects is critical for understanding research trends and supporting the development of science and technology strategies.However,the data from these projects is often comple...Tracking and analyzing data from research projects is critical for understanding research trends and supporting the development of science and technology strategies.However,the data from these projects is often complex and inadequate,making it challenging for researchers to conduct in-depth data mining to improve policies or management.To address this problem,this paper adopts a top-down approach to construct a knowledge graph(KG)for research projects.Firstly,we construct an integrated ontology by referring to the metamodel of various architectures,which is called the meta-model integration conceptual reference model.Subsequently,we use the dependency parsing method to extract knowledge from unstructured textual data and use the entity alignment method based on weakly supervised learning to classify the extracted entities,completing the construction of the KG for the research projects.In addition,a knowledge inference model based on representation learning is employed to achieve knowledge completion and improve the KG.Finally,experiments are conducted on the KG for research projects and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in enriching incomplete data within the KG.展开更多

However,educational inequity is very common in China at present. Through logical analysis of the relationship between the fiscal expenditure and the educational equity in this paper,it is found that the insufficiency of total fiscal expenditure is the main reason for educational inequity at the present stage; the total fiscal expenditure on education shows positive correlation with the educational equity; the optimization degree of the structure of the fiscal expenditure on education shows positive correlation with the educational equity. Therefore,the government shall expand the scale of the fiscal expenditure on education and optimize the structure of the fiscal expenditure on education.展开更多
