To provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for preparing composite rods of external diameter no larger than 12 mm by directly continuous casting,low melting point materials of lead and tin were selected to pr...To provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for preparing composite rods of external diameter no larger than 12 mm by directly continuous casting,low melting point materials of lead and tin were selected to prepare composite rods of external diameter 12 mm and inner diameter 8 mm with air pressing core filled continuous casting process.The orthogonal tests consisting of three factors and three levels were designed to investigate the parameters of melting lead temperature,continuous casting speed and air pressure that affect the performance of the composite rods.The results show that melting lead temperature is the most important factor that influences the solid/liquid interface location;continuous casting speed is the most important factor that influences the surface quality and lead and tin inter-diffusion amount;air pressure can improve the surface quality obviously and make the rods easily drawn out,but the surface quality cannot get obvious improvement when the air pressure is above 0.03 MPa.The composite rods have excellent surface quality,obvious intermediate layer,even thick clad,and metallurgical bonding interface under the condition of melting lead temperature of 375 °C,continuous casting speed of 10 mm/min,and air pressure of 0.03 MPa.展开更多

The suitable operation term about biogas upgrading by pressurized water scrubbing was researched through the orthogonal test in this study. Two sorts of scrubber packing included the random multidimensional hollow sphere packing and the structured screen packing were also used, and the effects of experiment factors included packing, water temperature, gas flow speed, water flow speed and washing pressure were studied. The influences of solvent pH value, microwave power, dosage of solvent and irradiation time were investigated. Optimum extracting parameters were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: pH value of solvent at first extraction is 5.5-6.0, that at the second extraction is 7-8; microwave power is 700 W; mass ratio of Fructus Forsythiae to water is 1-12; irradiation time is 10 min, and extracting times is two. Under these optimal conditions, the yield of lignans reaches 0.364%. Compared with the conventional extraction methods, the MASBE process has the advantages of high extraction rate, high extraction selectivity.展开更多

In order to get the best synthetic technology, an orthogonal test (L9(34)) was applied. The results show that reaction temperature, reaction time, content of catalyst and molar ratio of sodium thiocyanate to ethyl chloroformate are the main factors influencing the yield. The four factors chosen for the present investigation are based on the results of a single-factor test. The optimum synthetic technology is determined as follows: reaction temperature 35 ℃, reaction time 3 h, the content of catalyst (molar fraction based on ethyl chloroformate) 1.5% and molar ratio of sodium thiocyanate to ethyl chloroformate 1.1. In FLAC ^(3D),cable element or modified pile element can be used to build slope anchoring model.However,the difference between the two structural elements and their influence on the calculation results have not been s...In FLAC ^(3D),cable element or modified pile element can be used to build slope anchoring model.However,the difference between the two structural elements and their influence on the calculation results have not been studied in depth.In order to solve this problem,the Xiashu loess slope anchoring models based on cable element and modified pile element were constructed respectively.A variety of anchoring schemes were designed by orthogonal experiment method,and then they were brought into the model for calculation and the calculation results were analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis.The results show that the modified pile element can bear the bending moment and reflect the strain softening property of the grout.From the perspective of slope safety factor,the anchorage length and anchor bolt spacing are the main factors affecting the stability of the slope,and the anchorage angle is the secondary factor.The grout in cable element is assumed to be an elastic-perfectly plastic material,so the safety factor of the slope can be significantly increased by increasing the length of the anchor bolts.This will bring potential risks to the slope treatment project.Therefore,in the calculation of the slope anchoring model,the modified pile element is more suitable for simulating the anchor bolt.展开更多

The axillary buds of its dormant branches were used as explants. A fourfactor and four-level orthogonal test was designed in order to choose the best differentiation medium for providing the technical support of Lonicera edulis micropropagation. The results showed that the culture medium and concentration of 6-BA were the main factors, and the best differentiation condition was MS culture medium containing 2.0 mg · L-1 6-BA, 0.3 mg · L-1 IBA and 1.5 mg · L-1 GA3.展开更多
The aims of this study were to achieve working stability and continuity of the straw fibre extruder(D200)to improve the transportation efficiency of pretreated straw materials mulch film.Based on a theoretical analysi...The aims of this study were to achieve working stability and continuity of the straw fibre extruder(D200)to improve the transportation efficiency of pretreated straw materials mulch film.Based on a theoretical analysis of wheat straw friction characteristics and the mechanics model of wheat straw transport,a tilting variable-diameter spiral feeding device matched the designed straw fibre extruder(D200-type).Experimental researches were performed by using the orthogonal test method of the L16(45)to obtain the optimal parameter combination.The spiral angle,the speed of the screw shaft and the moisture content of straw raw materials were selected as influencing factors,and feeding efficiency was selected as the objective indicator.The results showed that the spiral angle,the rotating speed of screw shaft and the moisture content of straw raw materials had very significant effects on the feeding efficiency(p<0.01).The order of the extent of the influence of parameters on the feeding efficiency of wheat straw raw materials from high to low was the moisture content,the spiral angle and the speed of screw shaft.When the maximum transfer efficiency per unit time of the inclined spiral feeding device was 1040.8 kg·h-1,the spiral angle was 40?,the speed of screw shaft was 200 r·min-1 and the moisture content was 65%.Verification experiment proved the feasibility of straw fibre extruder designed.展开更多
The injection of bone cement is a promising surgical intervention for the treatment of osteoporosis.The aim of this study was to formulate a novel injectable bioactive bone cement to adress such medical problems.The b...The injection of bone cement is a promising surgical intervention for the treatment of osteoporosis.The aim of this study was to formulate a novel injectable bioactive bone cement to adress such medical problems.The bone cement primarily consists of tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP),konjac glucomannan(KGM),and hydroxyapatite whisker(HAw).An orthogonal experiment was designed to generate multiple sets of new composite calcium phosphate cement(NCPC)samples,and their setting times were measured.The in vitro compatibility of the new bone cement was assessed through relative cell proliferation rate(RGR)and in vitro cell growth experiments.Mechanical strength and porosity tests were conducted for each group of bone cement,and cross-sectional morphology was observed.The results demonstrate that the bone cement exhibits favorable properties such as self-curing,mechanical robustness,and resistance to collapse.The optimum formulation involves a doping ratio of 5/15(wt%)HAw and HA,an additional amount of 1.2wt%KGM,and a liquid citric acid concentration of 2wt%.Porosity tests confirmed that the material has high compressive strength and a favorable porosity of 27%,creating conducive conditions for cell growth,proliferation,and material degradation.Moreover,in vitro cell culture experiments revealed excellent biocompatibility of the material.Consequently,the developed NCPC emerges as a potential candidate material for applications of bone implantation.展开更多
