目的探讨FOCUS夫妻干预对中青年妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理弹性、二元应对、自我感受负担和生活质量的影响。方法将2022年11月~2023年10月收治的112例中青年妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组患者予以常规干预,观察组... 目的探讨FOCUS夫妻干预对中青年妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理弹性、二元应对、自我感受负担和生活质量的影响。方法将2022年11月~2023年10月收治的112例中青年妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组患者予以常规干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以FOCUS夫妻干预。干预前后,采用中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、二元应对量表(DCI)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评估两组患者心理弹性、二元应对、自我感受负担、生存质量水平。结果干预后,两组患者CDRISC各维度评分、WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分、DCI评分较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者SPBS各维度评分较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论FOCUS夫妻干预在中青年妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果良好,值得临床推广。 展开更多

We analyze the properties of a focused Laguerre–Gaussian(LG)beam propagating through anisotropic ocean turbulence based on the Huygens–Fresnel principle.Under the Rytov approximation theory,we derive the analytical formula of the channel capacity of the focused LG beam in the anisotropic ocean turbulence,and analyze the relationship between the capacity and the light source parameters as well as the turbulent ocean parameters.It is found that the focusing mirror can greatly enhance the channel capacity of the system at the geometric focal plane in oceanic turbulence.The results also demonstrate that the communication link can obtain high channel capacity by adopting longer beam wavelength,greater initial beam waist radius,and larger number of transmission channels.Further,the capacity of the system increases with the decrease of the mean squared temperature dissipation rate,temperature-salinity contribution ratio and turbulence outer scale factor,and with the increase of the kinetic energy dissipation rate per unit mass of fluid,turbulence inner scale factor and anisotropy factor.Compared to a Hankel–Bessel beam with diffraction-free characteristics and unfocused LG beam,the focused LG beam shows superior anti-turbulence interference properties,which provide a theoretical reference for research and development of underwater optical communication links using focused LG beams. 展开更多

Josephson junction plays a key role not only in studying the basic physics of unconventional iron-based superconductors but also in realizing practical application of thin-film based devices,therefore the preparation of high-quality iron pnictide Josephson junctions is of great importance.In this work,we have successfully fabricated Josephson junctions from Co-doped BaFe_(2)As_(2)thin films using a direct junction fabrication technique which utilizes high energy focused helium ion beam(FHIB).The electrical transport properties were investigated for junctions fabricated with various He^(+)irradiation doses.The junctions show sharp superconducting transition around 24 K with a narrow transition width of 2.5 K,and a dose correlated foot-structure resistance which corresponds to the effective tuning of junction properties by He^(+)irradiation.Significant J_c suppression by more than two orders of magnitude can be achieved by increasing the He^(+)irradiation dose,which is advantageous for the realization of low noise ion pnictide thin film devices.Clear Shapiro steps are observed under 10 GHz microwave irradiation.The above results demonstrate the successful fabrication of high quality and controllable Co-doped BaFe_(2)As_(2)Josephson junction with high reproducibility using the FHIB technique,laying the foundation for future investigating the mechanism of iron-based superconductors,and also the further implementation in various superconducting electronic devices. 展开更多

Scanning focused light with corrected aberrations holds great importance in high-precision optical systems.However,conventional optical systems,relying on additional dynamical correctors to eliminate scanning aberrations,inevitably result in undesired bulkiness and complexity.In this paper,we propose achieving adaptive aberration corrections coordinated with focus scanning by rotating only two cascaded transmissive metasurfaces.Each metasurface is carefully designed by searching for optimal phase-profile parameters of three coherently worked phase functions,allowing flexible control of both the longitudinal and lateral focal position to scan on any custom-designed curved surfaces.As proof-ofconcept,we engineer and fabricate two all-silicon terahertz meta-devices capable of scanning the focal spot with adaptively corrected aberrations.Experimental results demonstrate that the first one dynamically scans the focal spot on a planar surface,achieving an average scanning aberration of 1.18%within the scanning range of±30°.Meanwhile,the second meta-device scans two focal points on a planar surface and a conical surface with 2.5%and 4.6%scanning aberrations,respectively.Our work pioneers a breakthrough pathway enabling the development of high-precision yet compact optical devices across various practical domains. 展开更多

Half-integer microwave induced steps(Shapiro steps)have been observed in many different Josephson junction systems,which have attracted a lot of attention because they signify the deviation of current phase relation(CPR)and uncover many unconventional physical properties.In this article,we first report the discovery of half-integer Shapiro steps in MgB_(2)focused He ion beam(He-FIB)Josephson junctions.The half-integer steps'dependence on microwave frequency,temperature,microwave power,and magnetic field is also analyzed.We find that the existence of half-integer steps can be controlled by the magnetic field periodically,which is similar to that of high temperature superconductor(HTS)grain boundary junctions,and the similarity of the microstructures between gain boundary junctions and He-FIB junctions is discussed.As a consequence,we mainly attribute the physical origin of half-integer steps in MgB_(2)He-FIB junctions to the model that a He-FIB junction is analogous to a parallel junctions'array.Our results show that He-FIB technology is a promising platform for researching CPR in junctions made of different superconductors. 展开更多

This paper presents a novel view of the impact of electron collision off-axis positions on the dynamic properties and relativistic nonlinear Thomson inverse scattering of excited electrons within tightly focused, circularly polarized laser pulses of varying intensities. We examine the effects of the transverse ponderomotive force, specifically how the deviation angle and speed of electron motion are affected by the initial off-axis position of the electron and the peak amplitude of the laser pulse. When the laser pulse intensity is low, an increase in the electron's initial off-axis distance results in reduced spatial radiation power, improved collimation, super-continuum phenomena generation, red-shifting of the spectrum's harmonic peak, and significant symmetry in the radiation radial direction. However, in contradiction to conventional understandings,when the laser pulse intensity is relatively high, the properties of the relativistic nonlinear Thomson inverse scattering of the electron deviate from the central axis, changing direction in opposition to the aforementioned effects. After reaching a peak, these properties then shift again, aligning with the previous direction. The complex interplay of these effects suggests a greater nuance and intricacy in the relationship between laser pulse intensity, electron position, and scattering properties than previously thought. 展开更多

We report a novel stimulated Raman scattering(SRS)microscopy technique featuring phase-controlled light focusing and aberration corrections for rapid,deep tissue 3D chemical imaging with subcellular resolution.To accomplish phasecontrolled SRS(PC-SRS),we utilize a single spatial light modulator to electronically tune the axial positioning of both the shortened-length Bessel pump and the focused Gaussian Stokes beams,enabling z-scanning-free optical sectioning in the sample.By incorporating Zernike polynomials into the phase patterns,we simultaneously correct the system aberrations at two separate wavelengths(~240 nm difference),achieving a~3-fold enhancement in signal-to-noise ratio over the uncorrected imaging system.PC-SRS provides>2-fold improvement in imaging depth in various samples(e.g.,polystyrene bead phantoms,porcine brain tissue)as well as achieves SRS 3D imaging speed of~13 Hz per volume for real-time monitoring of Brownian motion of polymer beads in water,superior to conventional point-scanning SRS 3D imaging.We further utilize PC-SRS to observe the metabolic activities of the entire tumor liver in living zebrafish in cellsilent region,unraveling the upregulated metabolism in liver tumor compared to normal liver.This work shows that PCSRS provides unprecedented insights into morpho-chemistry,metabolic and dynamic functioning of live cells and tissue in real-time at the subcellular level. 展开更多

目的随着超声刀在临床外科中的应用及微创外科的发展,具有损伤小、痛苦少、恢复快等特点的微创手术一直是肛肠外科医师追求的目标。文章运用微创无血理念探讨FOCUS超声刀在痔病手术中的应用价值。方法将43例明确诊断为混合痔的患者随机... 目的随着超声刀在临床外科中的应用及微创外科的发展,具有损伤小、痛苦少、恢复快等特点的微创手术一直是肛肠外科医师追求的目标。文章运用微创无血理念探讨FOCUS超声刀在痔病手术中的应用价值。方法将43例明确诊断为混合痔的患者随机分为试验组22例和对照组21例,排除手术禁忌后分别予采用FOCUS超声刀进行痔切除手术和采用电刀进行Milligan-Morgan手术,并观察2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、创面疼痛程度、愈合时间、并发症发生情况等指标。结果 2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间及创面疼痛程度及术后并发肛门水肿、继发性出血等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而术后并发尿潴留、肛门坠胀的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FOCUS超声刀在痔病手术中可缩短手术时间,有效减少出血量,明显缩短创面愈合时间,具有重要临床价值。 展开更多

Computational simulations on structurally different detonation generator are carried out to study the phenomena,the mechanism and the gas dynamics characteristics of flame implosion and shock wave focusing.Two-dimensional axisymmetric and unsteady Navier-Stokes equations are numerically solved and detailed chemical reaction kinetics of hydrogen/air mixture is used.The simulation results show that the laminar flame generated by low energy spark in the jet flame burner is accelerated under the narrow channel,the jet flame impinging on the axis strengthens shock wave and the shock wave enhances flame acceleration.Under the function of multiple shock waves and flame,a number of hot spots appear between the wave and the surface.The spots enlarge rapidly,thus forming an over-drive detonation with high pressure,and then declining to stable detonation.Through calculation and analysis,the length of detonation initiation and stable detonation are obtained,thus providing the useful information for further experimental investigations. 展开更多

A numerical simulation of the toroidal shock wave focusing in a co-axial cylindrical shock tube is inves- tigated by using discontinuous Galerkin (DG) finite element method to solve the axisymmetric Euler equations. For validating the numerical method, the shock-tube problem with exact solution is computed, and the computed results agree well with the exact cases. Then, several cases with higher incident Mach numbers varying from 2.0 to 5.0 are simulated. Simulation results show that complicated flow-field structures of toroidal shock wave diffraction, reflection, and focusing in a co-axial cylindrical shock tube can be obtained at different incident Mach numbers and the numerical solutions appear steep gradients near the focusing point, which illustrates the DG method has higher accuracy and better resolution near the discontinuous point. 目的比较FOCUS超声刀与直型双极电凝镊在甲状腺肿瘤全程精细化解剖中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月—2020年1月于安徽省亳州市人民医院接受甲状腺手术治疗的100例患者诊疗情况,所有患者均采用全程精细化解剖方法,按照术中器械使... 目的比较FOCUS超声刀与直型双极电凝镊在甲状腺肿瘤全程精细化解剖中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月—2020年1月于安徽省亳州市人民医院接受甲状腺手术治疗的100例患者诊疗情况,所有患者均采用全程精细化解剖方法,按照术中器械使用不同将其分为超声刀组和双极电凝组,每组各50例。比较两组围术期情况、血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、Ca2+水平变化及术后并发症发生率。结果双极电凝组切口长度、术中出血量、术后术区引流量均小于超声刀组,手术时间、住院时间均短于超声刀组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。整体分析发现:血清PTH、Ca2+水平组间比较、时间点比较及交互作用,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。组内比较:两组术后1、3、7 d,血清PTH、Ca2+水平均较术前降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);组间比较:术后1、3、7 d,双极电凝组血清PTH、Ca2+水平均高于超声刀组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。双极电凝组术后并发症总发生率低于超声刀组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直型双极电凝镊应用于甲状腺肿瘤全程精细化解剖中效果更加显著,值得应用推广。 展开更多

目的:探讨Focus超声刀在开放性甲状腺手术中的应用及对甲状旁腺功能的影响。方法选择2012年6月~2014年6月天台县人民医院普外科收治的80例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用Focus超声刀进行开放性甲状腺手术,... 目的:探讨Focus超声刀在开放性甲状腺手术中的应用及对甲状旁腺功能的影响。方法选择2012年6月~2014年6月天台县人民医院普外科收治的80例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用Focus超声刀进行开放性甲状腺手术,对照组采用传统电刀进行开放性甲状腺手术治疗。观察两组患者切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量及术后引流量。观察两组患者术后血钙水平,比较两种手术方式对术后患者甲状旁腺功能的影响。结果观察组患者手术切口长度[(3.67±1.02)cm]、手术时间[(58.74±10.76)min]、术中出血量[(20.53±5.12)mL]及术后引流量[(38.79±8.73)mL]均明显少于对照组[(5.68±1.42)cm、(72.16±12.33)min、(58.22±13.12)mL、(85.42±15.14)mL],差异有统计学意义(t =2.37、2.42、5.34、6.02,P〈0.05或P〈0.01);术后3 d 观察组血钙和甲状旁腺激素水平[(1.93±0.23)mmol/L、(34.16±9.75)ng/L]、对照组[(1.81±0.20)mmol/L、(25.46±7.14)ng/L]均较术前[(2.31±0.15)mmol/L、(44.15±10.35)ng/L,(2.28±0.17)mmol/L、(44.61±11.64)ng/L]明显降低,差异有统计学意义(t =2.14、4.06、3.68、5.04,P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且对照组低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t =2.35、2.08,P〈0.05);观察组患者甲状旁腺功能损害发生率(5.0%)低于对照组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.11,P〈0.05)。结论开放性甲状腺手术中应用Focus超声刀具有手术切口小、手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快等优点,同时还能在术中有效地保护甲状旁腺,减少甲状旁腺功能损害的发生,是一种安全有效的手术方式。 展开更多
