In the field of calculating the attack area of air-to-air missiles in modern air combat scenarios,the limitations of existing research,including real-time calculation,accuracy efficiency trade-off,and the absence of t...In the field of calculating the attack area of air-to-air missiles in modern air combat scenarios,the limitations of existing research,including real-time calculation,accuracy efficiency trade-off,and the absence of the three-dimensional attack area model,restrict their practical applications.To address these issues,an improved backtracking algorithm is proposed to improve calculation efficiency.A significant reduction in solution time and maintenance of accuracy in the three-dimensional attack area are achieved by using the proposed algorithm.Furthermore,the age-layered population structure genetic programming(ALPS-GP)algorithm is introduced to determine an analytical polynomial model of the three-dimensional attack area,considering real-time requirements.The accuracy of the polynomial model is enhanced through the coefficient correction using an improved gradient descent algorithm.The study reveals a remarkable combination of high accuracy and efficient real-time computation,with a mean error of 91.89 m using the analytical polynomial model of the three-dimensional attack area solved in just 10^(-4)s,thus meeting the requirements of real-time combat scenarios.展开更多
Reducing the vulnerability of a platform,i.e.,the risk of being affected by hostile objects,is of paramount importance in the design process of vehicles,especially aircraft.A simple and effective way to decrease vulne...Reducing the vulnerability of a platform,i.e.,the risk of being affected by hostile objects,is of paramount importance in the design process of vehicles,especially aircraft.A simple and effective way to decrease vulnerability is to introduce protective structures to intercept and possibly stop threats.However,this type of solution can lead to a significant increase in weight,affecting the performance of the aircraft.For this reason,it is crucial to study possible solutions that allow reducing the vulnerability of the aircraft while containing the increase in structural weight.One possible strategy is to optimize the topology of protective solutions to find the optimal balance between vulnerability and the weight of the added structures.Among the many optimization techniques available in the literature for this purpose,multiobjective genetic algorithms stand out as promising tools.In this context,this work proposes the use of a in-house software for vulnerability calculation to guide the process of topology optimization through multi-objective genetic algorithms,aiming to simultaneously minimize the weight of protective structures and vulnerability.In addition to the use of the in-house software,which itself represents a novelty in the field of topology optimization of structures,the method incorporates a custom mutation function within the genetic algorithm,specifically developed using a graph-based approach to ensure the continuity of the generated structures.The tool developed for this work is capable of generating protections with optimized layouts considering two different types of impacting objects,namely bullets and fragments from detonating objects.The software outputs a set of non-dominated solutions describing different topologies that the user can choose from.展开更多
Motivated by the business model called“community group buying”(CGB),which has emerged in China and some countries in Southeast Asia,such as Singapore and Indonesia,we develop algorithms that could help CGB platforms...Motivated by the business model called“community group buying”(CGB),which has emerged in China and some countries in Southeast Asia,such as Singapore and Indonesia,we develop algorithms that could help CGB platforms match consumers with stage-stations(the picking up center under the CGB mode).By altering the fundamental design of the existing hierarchy algorithms,improvements are achieved.It is proven that our method has a faster running speed and greater space efficiency.Our algorithms avoid traversal and compress the time complexities of matching a consumer with a stage-station and updating the storage information to O(logM)and O(MlogG),where M is the number of stage-stations and G is that of the platform’s stock-keeping units.Simulation comparisons of our algorithms with the current methods of CGB platforms show that our approaches can effectively reduce delivery costs.An interesting observation of the simula-tions is worthy of note:Increasing G may incur higher costs since it makes inventories more dispersed and delivery prob-lems more complicated.展开更多

Two operators with domain knowledge were designed in algorithms, where the feature of parallel line segments without the problem of data association was used to construct a vaccination operator, and the characters of convex vertices in polygonal obstacle were extended to develop a pulling operator of key point grid. The experimental results of a real mobile robot show that the computational expensiveness of algorithms designed is less than other evolutionary algorithms for simultaneous localization and mapping and the maps obtained are very accurate. Because immune evolutionary algorithms with domain knowledge have some advantages, the convergence rate of designed algorithms is about 44% higher than those of other algorithms.展开更多

Some test functions are used to test the convergence of GAs, and good results have been obtained. And a novel family genetic algorithm (FGA) is put forward based on this analysis. In this novel algorithm, the optimum solution families closed to quality individuals is constructed, which is exchanged found by a search in the world space. Search will be done in this microspace. The family that can search better genes in a limited period of time would win a new life. At the same time, the best gene of this micro space with the basic population in the world space is exchanged. Adaptive locating algorithms of concentric circle center were created to accurately capture the circle center of original Placido-based image, expand the image into matrix centered around the circle center, and convert the matrix into the polar coordinate system with the circle center as pole. Adaptive image smoothing treatment was followed and the characteristics of useful circles were extracted via horizontal edge detection, based on useful circles presenting approximate horizontal lines while noise signals presenting vertical lines or different angles. Effective combination of different operators of morphology were designed to remedy data loss caused by noise disturbances, get complete image about circle edge detection to satisfy the requests of precise calculation on follow-up parameters. The experimental data show that the algorithms meet the requirements of practical detection with characteristics of less data loss, higher data accuracy and easier availability.展开更多

Three types of multiple reference station interpolation algorithms, including partial derivation algorithm (PDA), linear interpolation algorithms (LIA) and least squares condition (LSC) were discussed and analyzed. The geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) was defined to describe the influence of the network geometry on the interpolation precision, and the different GDOP expressions of above-mentioned algorithms were deduced. In order to compare geometric precision characteristics among different multiple reference station network algorithms, a simulation was conducted, and the GDOP contours of these algorithms were enumerated. Finally, to confirm the validation of GPEM, an experiment was conducted using data from Unite State Continuously Operating Reference Stations (US-CORS), and the precision performances were calculated according to the real test data and GPEM, respectively. The results show that GPEM generates very accurate estimation of the performance compared to the real data test.展开更多

The performance measure of early and tardy completion of jobs is very natural as one's aim, which is usually to minimize simultaneously both earliness and tardiness of all jobs. As the problem is NP-hard and no effective algorithms exist, we propose a hybrid genetic algorithms approach to deal with it. We adjust the crossover and mutation probabilities by fuzzy logic controller whereas the hybrid genetic algorithm does not require preliminary experiments to determine probabilities for genetic operators. To make up the poor quality defects of traditional control methods and meet the growing requirements of accuracy for strip crown,an optimized model based on support vector machine(SVM)is put forward firstly to enhance...To make up the poor quality defects of traditional control methods and meet the growing requirements of accuracy for strip crown,an optimized model based on support vector machine(SVM)is put forward firstly to enhance the quality of product in hot strip rolling.Meanwhile,for enriching data information and ensuring data quality,experimental data were collected from a hot-rolled plant to set up prediction models,as well as the prediction performance of models was evaluated by calculating multiple indicators.Furthermore,the traditional SVM model and the combined prediction models with particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm and the principal component analysis combined with cuckoo search(PCA-CS)optimization strategies are presented to make a comparison.Besides,the prediction performance comparisons of the three models are discussed.Finally,the experimental results revealed that the PCA-CS-SVM model has the highest prediction accuracy and the fastest convergence speed.Furthermore,the root mean squared error(RMSE)of PCA-CS-SVM model is 2.04μm,and 98.15%of prediction data have an absolute error of less than 4.5μm.Especially,the results also proved that PCA-CS-SVM model not only satisfies precision requirement but also has certain guiding significance for the actual production of hot strip rolling.展开更多

And to obtain high-precision wind speed short-term forecasting values for the system to make more accurate scheduling decision, two optimization algorithms were proposed. Using them to make calculative examples for actual wind speed time series from the 18th meteorological station, the results show that: the optimization algorithm based on wavelet analysis method and improved time series analysis method can attain high-precision multi-step forecasting values, the mean relative errors of one-step, three-step, five-step and ten-step forecasting are only 0.30%, 0.75%, 1.15% and 1.65%, respectively. The optimization algorithm based on wavelet analysis method and Kalman time series analysis method can obtain high-precision one-step forecasting values, the mean relative error of one-step forecasting is reduced by 61.67% to 0.115%. The two optimization algorithms both maintain the modeling simple character, and can attain prediction explicit equations after modeling calculation.展开更多

The conventional PID control strategy incorporated with optimization GA was put forward to maintain the optimum drying temperature in order to keep the moisture content below 1%, whose adaptation ability included the cost function of optimization GA according to the output change. Simulations on five different industrial process models and practical temperature process control system for selenium-enriched slag drying intensively by using IMDRDWM were carried out systematically, indicating the reliability and effectiveness of control design. The parameters of proposed control design are all on-line implemented without iterative predictive calculations, and the closed-loop system stability is guaranteed, which makes the developed scheme simpler in its synthesis and application, providing the practical guidelines for the control implementation and the parameter design.展开更多

The experimental data show that the algorithms meet the requirements of practical detection with characteristics of less data loss, higher data accuracy and easier availability.

文摘To evaluate the performance of real time kinematic (RTK) network algorithms without applying actual measurements, a new method called geometric precision evaluation methodology (GPEM) based on covariance analysis was presented. Three types of multiple reference station interpolation algorithms, including partial derivation algorithm (PDA), linear interpolation algorithms (LIA) and least squares condition (LSC) were discussed and analyzed. The geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) was defined to describe the influence of the network geometry on the interpolation precision, and the different GDOP expressions of above-mentioned algorithms were deduced. In order to compare geometric precision characteristics among different multiple reference station network algorithms, a simulation was conducted, and the GDOP contours of these algorithms were enumerated. Finally, to confirm the validation of GPEM, an experiment was conducted using data from Unite State Continuously Operating Reference Stations (US-CORS), and the precision performances were calculated according to the real test data and GPEM, respectively. The results show that GPEM generates very accurate estimation of the performance compared to the real data test.

文摘Error analysis methods in frequency domain are developed in this paper for determining the characteristic root and transfer function errors when the linear multipass algorithms are used to solve linear differential equations. The relation between the local truncation error in time domain and the error in frequency domain is established, which is the basis for developing the error estimation methods. The error estimation methods for the digital simulation model constructed by using the Runge-Kutta algorithms and the linear multistep predictor-corrector algorithms are also given.

文摘In this paper, a new implementation of genetic algorithms (GAs) is developed for the machine scheduling problem, which is abundant among the modern manufacturing systems. The performance measure of early and tardy completion of jobs is very natural as one's aim, which is usually to minimize simultaneously both earliness and tardiness of all jobs. As the problem is NP-hard and no effective algorithms exist, we propose a hybrid genetic algorithms approach to deal with it. We adjust the crossover and mutation probabilities by fuzzy logic controller whereas the hybrid genetic algorithm does not require preliminary experiments to determine probabilities for genetic operators. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the GAs method proposed in the paper.

文摘To make up the poor quality defects of traditional control methods and meet the growing requirements of accuracy for strip crown,an optimized model based on support vector machine(SVM)is put forward firstly to enhance the quality of product in hot strip rolling.Meanwhile,for enriching data information and ensuring data quality,experimental data were collected from a hot-rolled plant to set up prediction models,as well as the prediction performance of models was evaluated by calculating multiple indicators.Furthermore,the traditional SVM model and the combined prediction models with particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm and the principal component analysis combined with cuckoo search(PCA-CS)optimization strategies are presented to make a comparison.Besides,the prediction performance comparisons of the three models are discussed.Finally,the experimental results revealed that the PCA-CS-SVM model has the highest prediction accuracy and the fastest convergence speed.Furthermore,the root mean squared error(RMSE)of PCA-CS-SVM model is 2.04μm,and 98.15%of prediction data have an absolute error of less than 4.5μm.Especially,the results also proved that PCA-CS-SVM model not only satisfies precision requirement but also has certain guiding significance for the actual production of hot strip rolling.

文摘Intuitionistic fuzzy sets(IFSs) are useful means to describe and deal with vague and uncertain data.An intuitionistic fuzzy C-means algorithm to cluster IFSs is developed.In each stage of the intuitionistic fuzzy C-means method the seeds are modified,and for each IFS a membership degree to each of the clusters is estimated.In the end of the algorithm,all the given IFSs are clustered according to the estimated membership degrees.Furthermore,the algorithm is extended for clustering interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets(IVIFSs).Finally,the developed algorithms are illustrated through conducting experiments on both the real-world and simulated data sets.

文摘To protect trains against strong cross-wind along Qinghai-Tibet railway, a strong wind speed monitoring and warning system was developed. And to obtain high-precision wind speed short-term forecasting values for the system to make more accurate scheduling decision, two optimization algorithms were proposed. Using them to make calculative examples for actual wind speed time series from the 18th meteorological station, the results show that: the optimization algorithm based on wavelet analysis method and improved time series analysis method can attain high-precision multi-step forecasting values, the mean relative errors of one-step, three-step, five-step and ten-step forecasting are only 0.30%, 0.75%, 1.15% and 1.65%, respectively. The optimization algorithm based on wavelet analysis method and Kalman time series analysis method can obtain high-precision one-step forecasting values, the mean relative error of one-step forecasting is reduced by 61.67% to 0.115%. The two optimization algorithms both maintain the modeling simple character, and can attain prediction explicit equations after modeling calculation.

文摘The control design, based on self-adaptive PID with genetic algorithms(GA) tuning on-line was investigated, for the temperature control of industrial microwave drying rotary device with the multi-layer(IMDRDWM) and with multivariable nonlinear interaction of microwave and materials. The conventional PID control strategy incorporated with optimization GA was put forward to maintain the optimum drying temperature in order to keep the moisture content below 1%, whose adaptation ability included the cost function of optimization GA according to the output change. Simulations on five different industrial process models and practical temperature process control system for selenium-enriched slag drying intensively by using IMDRDWM were carried out systematically, indicating the reliability and effectiveness of control design. The parameters of proposed control design are all on-line implemented without iterative predictive calculations, and the closed-loop system stability is guaranteed, which makes the developed scheme simpler in its synthesis and application, providing the practical guidelines for the control implementation and the parameter design.
