Energy flow control of nanofluid-based direct absorption solar collectors with functional optical coatings for efficient solar harvesting

The nanofluid-based direct absorption solar collector(NDASC)ensures that solar radiation passing through the tube wall is directly absorbed by the nanofluid,reducing thermal resistance in the energy transfer process.However,further exploration is required to suppress the outward thermal losses from the nanofluid at high temperatures.Herein,this paper proposes a novel NDASC in which the outer surface of the collector tube is covered with functional coatings and a three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics model is established to study the energy flow distributions on the collector within the temperature range of 400-600 K.When the nanofluid’s absorption coefficient reaches 80 m^(-1),the NDASC shows the optimal thermal performance,and the NDASC with local Sn-In_(2)O_(3) coating achieves a 7.8% improvement in thermal efficiency at 400 K compared to the original NDASC.Furthermore,hybrid coatings with Sn In_(2)O_(3)/WTi-Al_(2)O_(3) are explored,and the optimal coverage angles are determined.The NDASC with such coatings shows a 10.22%-17.9% increase in thermal efficiency compared to the original NDASC and a 7.6%-19.5% increase compared to the traditional surface-type solar collectors,demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed energy flow control strategy for DASCs. 展开更多

Metro passenger flow control problem is studied under given total inbound demand in this work,which considers passenger demand control and train capacity supply.Relevant connotations are analyzed and a mathematical model is developed.The decision variables are boarding limiting and stop-skipping strategies and the objective is the maximal passenger profit.And a passenger original station choice model based on utility theory is built to modify the inbound passenger distribution among stations.Algorithm of metro passenger flow control scheme is designed,where two key technologies of stopping-station choice and headway adjustment are given and boarding limiting and train stopping-station scheme are optimized.Finally,a real case of Beijing metro is taken for example to verify validity.The results show that in the three scenarios with different ratios of normal trains to stop-skipping trains,the total limited passenger volume is the smallest and the systematic profit is the largest in scenario 3. 展开更多

In order to achieve higher efficient cohesion match of procedure and equipment between ironmaking and steelmaking interface, the theory of multi-dimensional material flow control was applied to analyze torpedo ladle-iron ladle transportation process between blast furnace and basic oxygen furnace. Moreover, basic parameters of material flow were analyzed and optimized, such as time, temperature and material quantity. Based on operating principles of material flow, control methods were optimized, such as product organization mode, scheduling discipline and scheduling plan of hot metal ladle. Finally, the material flow control technology of ironmaking and steelmaking interface was integrated. Satisfactory effects are obtained after applying the technology in practice. The total turnover number of torpedo ladle decreases from 20 to 18, the hot metal temperature of 1# BF torpedo ladle decreases from 36 °C to 19.5 °C, the hot metal temperature of 2# BF torpedo ladle decreases from 36.6 °C to 19.8 °C, the temperature drop of desulfurization hot metal decreases by 4 °C, and the temperature drop of non-desulfurization hot metal decreases by 2.8 °C. Furthermore, the ironmaking and steelmaking interface system will realize high-efficiency control by using this control technology. 展开更多

The estimation error is treated as inexactness of the gradient and the inexact descent direction is analyzed. Based on the optimization theory, a sufficient condition for convergence of this algorithm with bounded price estimation error is obtained. Furthermore, even when this sufficient condition doesn't hold, this algorithm can also converge, provided a modified step size, and an attraction region is obtained. Based on Lasalle's invariance principle applied to a suitable Lyapunov function, the dynamic system described by this algorithm is proved to be global stability if the error is zero. And the Newton-Like algorithm with bounded price estimation error is also globally stable if the error satisfies the sufficient condition for convergence. All trajectories ultimately converge to the equilibrium point. 展开更多

The bursty events of available bit rate (ABR) traffic challenge the research on flow control algorithm. This bursty nature makes the network difficult to guarantee some performance such as decreasing cell loss especially when congestion appears. In addition the robust stability analysis in the presence of virtual connections (VCs) variation is another inherent problem of the current rate-based algorithm. An explicit rate-based scheme is concerned. Some mathematical methods are adopted to minimize overshoot in the buffer to eliminate the growing congestion quickly. Then in linear matrix inequality (LMI) forms via Lyapunov stability argument relating to robustness issues in the presence of time-varying VCs is purposed in linear matrix inequality. A set of numerical examples guarantees this choice of algorithm parameters is robust stability. The simulations further back up our results. 展开更多

风电功率的间歇与波动致使电场容量可信度低、可调度性差;同时易引起局部电网的电压不稳、频率波动,影响了系统的电能质量及稳定性。针对此现象,将超级电容器与蓄电池组成快速储能装置,用于风电的潮流优化控制。采用三重双向直流变... 风电功率的间歇与波动致使电场容量可信度低、可调度性差;同时易引起局部电网的电压不稳、频率波动,影响了系统的电能质量及稳定性。针对此现象,将超级电容器与蓄电池组成快速储能装置,用于风电的潮流优化控制。采用三重双向直流变换电路控制储能元件间的功率流动;采用四象限交直流变换电路控制储能与电网间的能量交换。提出基于超级电容器电压低频波动抑制的功率分配方法,可显著减少蓄电池的充放次数;提出基于储能元件荷电状态的储能能量调整规则,可避免储能元件的过充和频繁深度放电,以优化其功率调节能力。实验结果表明,系统可实现2种储能元件的优势互补,能有效平滑调节风电注入电网的有功功率,并实时补偿控制风电接入点的无功功率。 展开更多

The industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)is a new indus-trial idea that combines the latest information and communica-tion technologies with the industrial economy.In this paper,a cloud control structure is designed for IIoT in cloud-edge envi-ronment with three modes of 5G.For 5G based IIoT,the time sensitive network(TSN)service is introduced in transmission network.A 5G logical TSN bridge is designed to transport TSN streams over 5G framework to achieve end-to-end configuration.For a transmission control protocol(TCP)model with nonlinear disturbance,time delay and uncertainties,a robust adaptive fuzzy sliding mode controller(AFSMC)is given with control rule parameters.IIoT workflows are made up of a series of subtasks that are linked by the dependencies between sensor datasets and task flows.IIoT workflow scheduling is a non-deterministic polynomial(NP)-hard problem in cloud-edge environment.An adaptive and non-local-convergent particle swarm optimization(ANCPSO)is designed with nonlinear inertia weight to avoid falling into local optimum,which can reduce the makespan and cost dramatically.Simulation and experiments demonstrate that ANCPSO has better performances than other classical algo-rithms. 展开更多

A complete control type plant factory has high efficiency in terms of cultivation area by constructing vertical multiple layered cultivation beds.However,it has a problem of irregular crop growth due to temperature deviation at upper and lower beds and increases in energy consumption by a prolonged cultivation period.In this work,air flow rate inside a facility was improved by a hybrid control of air flow devices like air conditioning and air circulation fan with an established wireless sensor network to minimize temperature deviations between upper and lower beds and to promote crop growth.The performance of proposed system was verified with an experimental environment or Case A wherein air conditioning device was operated without a control algorithm and Case B wherein air conditioning and circulation fans were alternatively operated based on the hybrid control algorithm.After planting leafy vegetables under each experimental condition,crops were cultivated for 21 days.As a result,Case B wherein AC(air conditioning) and ACF(air-circulation fan) were alternatively operated based on the hybrid control algorithm showed that fresh mass,number of leaves,and leaf length for the crops grown were increased by 40.6%,41.1%,and 11.1%,respectively,compared to Case A. 展开更多

脉动水力压裂技术在瓦斯抽采、页岩气开发及地热开发等储层改造领域中展现出起裂压力低、缝网复杂等优势。目前,通过控制流量实现脉动水力载荷输出是工程中的常用方法,但其裂缝扩展机制还不够明确。为此,以砂岩试件为对象,开展了真三轴... 脉动水力压裂技术在瓦斯抽采、页岩气开发及地热开发等储层改造领域中展现出起裂压力低、缝网复杂等优势。目前,通过控制流量实现脉动水力载荷输出是工程中的常用方法,但其裂缝扩展机制还不够明确。为此,以砂岩试件为对象,开展了真三轴流量控制式脉动水力压裂试验,分析了泵注频率和泵注速率对泵注压力、声发射能量、裂缝断裂类型及宏观破裂形态特征的影响。结果表明:流量控制式脉动水力压裂的起裂压力、跌落压力及起裂瞬态能量随泵注频率及泵注速率的增加而增大,裂缝扩展面积随泵注频率的增大而减小,随泵注速率的增大而先增大再减小。相较于常规水力压裂,其声发射能量更密集,起裂压力更低,起裂压力最大降低了21.9%,剪切裂纹占比增加5.6%~17.8%,裂缝扩展面积最大增加2.3倍。其脉动水力载荷变化复杂,起裂阶段表现为固定频率、升压力均值和幅值的坡形载荷,裂缝扩展时为固定压力上限、频率和幅值的水平循环形载荷;压力上限、下限和均值与泵注频率及泵注速率呈正相关,压力幅值与泵注频率呈负相关,随泵注频率的增大而先增大再减小。输出的脉动水力载荷类型不同,压裂产生的裂缝扩展特征差异明显。为了提高压裂效果,压裂参数设计要保证输出的脉动水力载荷具有足够的强度和幅值。 展开更多

轴流泵在小流量工况下运行时,由于进流速度较低且存在壁面回流,会导致水力性能劣化,产生严重的机组振动,威胁泵站的安全稳定运行。沟槽流动控制技术是一种有效改善轴流泵水力性能的方法,其结构参数对水力性能的影响关系目前尚不明确。... 轴流泵在小流量工况下运行时,由于进流速度较低且存在壁面回流,会导致水力性能劣化,产生严重的机组振动,威胁泵站的安全稳定运行。沟槽流动控制技术是一种有效改善轴流泵水力性能的方法,其结构参数对水力性能的影响关系目前尚不明确。运用数值模拟方法,通过改变重要几何参数对沟槽结构进行了改型设计,研究轴流泵沟槽结构参数单因素及多因素变量对轴流泵深度失速工况下的水力性能影响,并运用响应曲面法对沟槽结构参数进行了优化设计。研究结果表明,沟槽尾部距离、沟槽深度和沟槽宽度3个参数中,沟槽尾部距离对轴流泵水力性能和内部流场的影响最明显,轴流泵沟槽关键几何参数最优参数组合为:沟槽深度h为0.022倍叶轮直径;槽宽W为0.088倍叶轮直径;沟槽尾部距离L2为0.106倍叶轮直径。研究结果可为沟槽流动控制技术在轴流泵装置设计和运行提供有效支撑。 展开更多

为快速准确预测袋型阻尼密封泄漏特性和动力学特性,针对传统单控制体Bulk Flow模型预测精度低、无法预测交叉动力系数的问题,提出了袋型阻尼密封双控制体Bulk Flow模型和动力学特性数值预测方法,并开发了计算程序。首先,依据边界层理论... 为快速准确预测袋型阻尼密封泄漏特性和动力学特性,针对传统单控制体Bulk Flow模型预测精度低、无法预测交叉动力系数的问题,提出了袋型阻尼密封双控制体Bulk Flow模型和动力学特性数值预测方法,并开发了计算程序。首先,依据边界层理论,将袋型密封腔室划分为两个控制体,推导了控制体的连续性、周向动量和能量方程,引入Swamee-Jain和Takahashi方程,计算流体-壁面间和流体-流体间的周向黏性摩擦力;其次,采用牛顿-拉夫森算法和摄动分析法分别求解0阶和1阶控制方程,获得各刚度、阻尼动力特性系数;然后,通过与袋型阻尼密封泄漏量和动力特性系数的实验值、单控制体Bulk Flow模型和非定常计算流体动力学(CFD)数值结果进行比较,验证了模型和方法的准确性和可靠性;最后,研究了转子转速(10 000、15 000、20 000 r/min)和预旋比(0.067、0.724、0.997)对袋型阻尼密封动力学特性的影响。结果表明:所发展的模型和方法具有计算速度快、预测精度高(泄漏量预测误差小于6%,动力特性系数预测误差小于38%)的优点;转子转速和进口预旋的增大均会导致袋型阻尼密封有效阻尼显著减小,穿越频率显著增大,易诱发轴系失稳。 展开更多

精确模拟分析凝胶颗粒在裂缝体系内的运移规律及其主控因素,是决定凝胶颗粒调流提高低渗油藏采收率的关键。结合室内试验与数值模拟方法,开展凝胶颗粒在储层多孔介质内的迁移与堵塞过程研究。首先通过有限元法求解纳维-斯托克方程得到... 精确模拟分析凝胶颗粒在裂缝体系内的运移规律及其主控因素,是决定凝胶颗粒调流提高低渗油藏采收率的关键。结合室内试验与数值模拟方法,开展凝胶颗粒在储层多孔介质内的迁移与堵塞过程研究。首先通过有限元法求解纳维-斯托克方程得到流场信息,通过牛顿定律及线弹性模型刻画凝胶颗粒迁移和碰撞过程,基于曳力模型实现流体和颗粒的耦合流动。在线膨胀模型的基础上引入剪切影响与流动时间双重因素,刻画凝胶颗粒膨胀过程,进而实现凝胶颗粒运移封堵机制分析,并明确注入参数体系主控因素,优选凝胶颗粒体系最佳注入参数。结果表明:所构建的凝胶颗粒调流提高采收率数值模拟模型平均精度超过95%,注入凝胶颗粒质量分数对裂缝封堵率及原油采出程度的影响最为显著,注入颗粒压力、注入体积为次要因素,形成的凝胶颗粒裂缝调流最佳注入参数设计成果,为指导凝胶颗粒调流技术矿场应用提供了有效工具和理论指导。 展开更多

以提升高空长航时无人机在低雷诺数下的气动性能为背景,以GAW-1翼型为研究对象,以对称布局介质阻挡放电等离子体激励器为控制手段,采用测力与测压相结合的方法,在0.5 m×0.6 m低速风洞开展了低雷诺数下翼型等离子体流动控制实验研究... 以提升高空长航时无人机在低雷诺数下的气动性能为背景,以GAW-1翼型为研究对象,以对称布局介质阻挡放电等离子体激励器为控制手段,采用测力与测压相结合的方法,在0.5 m×0.6 m低速风洞开展了低雷诺数下翼型等离子体流动控制实验研究,辨析了阻力反常变化的产生机制,探索了等离子体流动控制机理.翼型弦长为160 mm,实验雷诺数为8.3×10^(4)和1.56×10^(5).结果表明:(1)施加激励前,当雷诺数为8.3×10^(4)时,翼型升力出现了非线性变化,阻力出现了先增大后减小的反常情况.在较大迎角范围内,翼型绕流流场保持了完全层流分离形态,随后发生了从完全层流分离向后缘附着的快速过渡.这种流动形态的变化成为升力非线性和阻力反常变化的主要机制;当雷诺数为1.56×10^(5)时,翼型升阻特性的变化趋于正常;(2)施加激励后,等离子体促进层流分离剪切层失稳,使完全层流分离形态在较小迎角下转变为后缘附着形态,有效改善翼型低雷诺数小迎角的升阻力特性,将升阻比最大提高了87.9%.研究结果为提升高空长航时无人机气动性能提供了技术支撑. 展开更多
