Moreover, with the rapid growth of Internet and mobile networks, people can easily access various services provided by mobile platforms. Many services can be executed on the mobile devices with various mobile applications launched to mobile platforms. People can choose what they like to install in their mobile devices and hence make their life more convenient, entertaining, and productive. However, there are too many mobile applications for users to choose. The goal of this research is to propose a methodology which can recommend top-N lists for mobile applications. A comment correlation matrix is proposed. Furthermore, a recommendation algorithm for mobile applications based on user comments and key attributes is built. With the proposed method, it outperforms Google play and is closer to user real feelings.展开更多

However, due to imperfection of and conflicts among laws and regulations as well as misunderstanding of the above system, it is always difficult for judges to determine the validity of such equity transfer agreement under the administrative approval system. Among the three categories of FIEs provided in Chinese law 1, scholars have had a comprehensive discussion over equity transfer agreement involving Sino-Foreign Equity Joint Venture Enterprises, but this case is concerned with the equity transfer agreement of a Chinese-Foreign contractual joint venture. In this case, the People's Supreme Court holds that the equity transfer agreement that has not undergone the approval procedures are not valid but not void. Furthermore, the parties that are bound to submit the agreement to the approval authority shall perform their duties of this kind.展开更多

This study examines stylistic features of the news story comments from major online news outlets and their possible ef fects on the evolution of the English language.With a corpus composed of 34 examples drawn from re...This study examines stylistic features of the news story comments from major online news outlets and their possible ef fects on the evolution of the English language.With a corpus composed of 34 examples drawn from renowned news sites such as The Washington Post,The Economist,Wall Street Journal,CNN and NBC,a detailed analysis on the stylistic features and effects of the news story comments has been conducted for the purpose of discovering possible links between a poster’s linguistic behav ior and his thought process.The result shows that interrogative,noun phrase and verb phrase are commonly used in news story comments by virtue of their slightly ostentatious nature.Rhetorical devices such as metaphor,simile and parataxis are frequently employed among comments.And the relationship between a poster’s educational background and his postings is also touched up on at the end of this study.展开更多

That in June increased significantly by 9.8% year on year, 1.2 percentage points higher than that in May, hitting the highest speed in the recent 15 months.
