The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the...The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the sample data of A-share listed companies in China from 2007 to 2021,we apply a multi-period difference-in-differences model to analyze whether the implementation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies plays a leverage effect or a crowd out effect on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and systematically test the regulatory mechanism of government grants and media attention in the process of this influence.The empirical results show that the imple-mentation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies has a positive impact on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and that the green innovation induced by this reform is not the leverage effect of additional R&D investment on the basis of the existing innovation activities of enterprises but rather the result of the reallocation of resources to crowd out existing non-green innovation.It is further found that government grants and media attention positively moderate the positive driving effect of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises.展开更多

Since social media increasingly infiltrates the workplace,it may affect employee innovation.However,how so-cial media use(SMU)affects employee innovation performance remains controversial.Therefore,this study explores...Since social media increasingly infiltrates the workplace,it may affect employee innovation.However,how so-cial media use(SMU)affects employee innovation performance remains controversial.Therefore,this study explores the underlying mechanisms and boundary conditions in the relationship between SMU and employee innovation performance.The research model was tested through a survey of 221 Chinese employees.The results show that SMU is positively re-lated to employee innovation performance,with work engagement acting as a mediator in this relationship.Employee tra-ditionality positively moderates the positive impact of work-related SMU on work engagement,while traditionality has no moderating effect on the relationship between social-related SMU and work engagement.This study focuses on the rela-tionship between SMU and innovation performance based on conservation of resources theory,offering insights into the intrinsic mechanism by which SMU affects employee innovation.Furthermore,this study considers the moderating effect of employee traditionality based on social cognitive theory,enriching the knowledge of how traditionality influences the impacts of SMU.This study has theoretical implications for future research and practical guidance for enterprises regard-ing the proper use of social media.展开更多

How to alleviate the pressure of resources and the environ-ment and to achieve the sustainable development of the economy has become a global agenda.China＇ s economy growth has been rapid for decades since the reform and opening up policy,but this has also been a great drain on China＇ s resources and the environment, which is an ur-gent problem to tackle. In recently years, the Chinese government has launched many environ-mental policies in the hope of encouraging technological innovation to guarantee the sustain-able development of the economy. However, research suggested that technological innovationis negatively correlated with environmental policies in most scenarios. In some cases, the num-ber of technological innovation decreases after policies take effect and increases after a whilelike a U - curve. In order to solve this problem, I decided to analyze the panel data from 80provinces in China between 2008 and 2014 and conclude that local governance can implementenvironmental regulations while having a positive impact on the technological innovation inenterprises. The emerging field of knowledge management a ddresses the broad processes of locating, organizing, transferring and more effi ciently using knowledge and expertise within an enterprise. An enterprise’s and its employees’ knowledge is regarded as the most important corporate capital in the arising global information society. Knowledge management therefore aims towa rds improving an enterprise’s ability to acquire, develop, preserve, distribute and use knowledge. This paper describes a conceptual model of knowledge manageme nt and innovation, focusing on analyzing the knowledge management and innovation process, trying to make knowledge more productive and create knowledge more eff iciently. The creativity hence is equated with a technical, instrumental existence, and innovationcapability therefore is understood as something with creativity for ever. This kind of research cannot wellunderstand the social nature of innovation, and would lead to our over-dependence on those technical factorsin the matter of innovation of education. In our opinion, the longing for innovation is not only the need of theknowledge-based society, but the need of the whole modern society. As Schumpeter argues, between the growthand the development there is not an absolute gap, where seemingly insignificant may exit a truly earthshakingpower. And the order from high to low on the level of indicators of the impact for the alliance was the result of alliance operations and the process of alliance operations, the behavioral attitude of alliance members. In...This paper presents a systematic methodology for analyzing and optimizing an innovative antenna mount designed for phased array antennas, implemented through a novel 2-PSS&1-RR circular-rail parallel mechanism. Initially, a comparative motion analysis between the 3D model of the mount and its full-scale prototype is conducted to validate effectiveness. Given the inherent complexity, a kinematic mapping model is established between the mount and the crank-slider linkage, providing a guiding framework for subsequent analysis and optimization. Guided by this model, feasible inverse and forward solutions are derived, enabling precise identification of stiffness singularities. The concept of singularity distance is thus introduced to reflect the structural stiffness of the mount. Subsequently, also guided by the mapping model, a heuristic algorithm incorporating two backtracking procedures is developed to reduce the mount's mass. Additionally, a parametric finite-element model is employed to explore the relation between singularity distance and structural stiffness. The results indicate a significant reduction(about 16%) in the antenna mount's mass through the developed algorithm, while highlighting the singularity distance as an effective stiffness indicator for this type of antenna mount.展开更多

As a result to explore how to promote government supervision innovation and optimize government services is the first important thing, and then to create conditions for the rapid, stable and orderly progress of the administrative examination,what's more to approval system reform.Based on this thesis, the author realizes legal supervision, implement informatization supervision.It not only has increased normalized supervision, improve the administrative examination and approval all-round supervision mechanism, but also established the third party assessment normalization mechanism, and optimize the administrative examination and approval policy advocacy mechanism as well.
文摘There is almost universal faith in ＂innovation capability＂, which can realize creations with obvioussocial values, and a knowledge-based needs such creation. The crux of the problem herein is to developinnovation capability and offer a good environment for those creation-driven persons in order to facilitate themto play their roles. The creativity hence is equated with a technical, instrumental existence, and innovationcapability therefore is understood as something with creativity for ever. This kind of research cannot wellunderstand the social nature of innovation, and would lead to our over-dependence on those technical factorsin the matter of innovation of education. In our opinion, the longing for innovation is not only the need of theknowledge-based society, but the need of the whole modern society. As Schumpeter argues, between the growthand the development there is not an absolute gap, where seemingly insignificant may exit a truly earthshakingpower. Our ultimate aim is to build an educational theory of innovation based upon the social nature of innovation,that is, to build a meta-theory of the sharing framework of the action of educational innovation.

文摘This paper selected the corn processing industry technology innovation alliance in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, evaluated the operational performance of the alliance by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. AHP empirical results showed that the satisfaction of information communication and the satisfaction of the management process were the weakest. And the order from high to low on the level of indicators of the impact for the alliance was the result of alliance operations and the process of alliance operations, the behavioral attitude of alliance members. Besides, the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation showed that the operational performance of the corn processing industry technology innovation alliance in Heilongjiang Province was in the general level.

At present, the rural-urban coordinating education is influenced by many factors, including rural-urban income difference, rural-urban educational resources difference, rural-urban background difference, and rural- urban institutional difference. In order to realize the coordinating development of rural-urban education, we need innovation in ＂Hukou＂ institution, land institution, financial institution and rural education institution. Institution innovation would be the guarantee to the coordinating rural-urban education.

文摘As a systematic project, Chinese rural comprehensive reform （hereinafter referred to as ＂the reform＂） involved multiple dimensions such as rural governance, economy, culture, society and ecology, which laid a solid foundation for the overall reform in China. Western rural development theory had been proved to be insufficient to support Chinese rural reform. Therefore, theoretical innovation became urgent in the fields of rural governance, government functions, public finance and rural-urban integration etc. In recent years, Chinese rural comprehensive reform had been adjusting itself to the requirements of the ＂new normal＂. And during the process of agricultural modernization, the bottlenecks included the contradictory relationships between reform, development and overall stability, agricultural simplification and industrial diversification, economic development and environmental protection, rapid development of urban areas and slow progress of rural areas, grassroots governance and democratic supervision etc. Proper countermeasures would help to settle the above contradictions.

文摘This paper presents a systematic methodology for analyzing and optimizing an innovative antenna mount designed for phased array antennas, implemented through a novel 2-PSS&1-RR circular-rail parallel mechanism. Initially, a comparative motion analysis between the 3D model of the mount and its full-scale prototype is conducted to validate effectiveness. Given the inherent complexity, a kinematic mapping model is established between the mount and the crank-slider linkage, providing a guiding framework for subsequent analysis and optimization. Guided by this model, feasible inverse and forward solutions are derived, enabling precise identification of stiffness singularities. The concept of singularity distance is thus introduced to reflect the structural stiffness of the mount. Subsequently, also guided by the mapping model, a heuristic algorithm incorporating two backtracking procedures is developed to reduce the mount's mass. Additionally, a parametric finite-element model is employed to explore the relation between singularity distance and structural stiffness. The results indicate a significant reduction(about 16%) in the antenna mount's mass through the developed algorithm, while highlighting the singularity distance as an effective stiffness indicator for this type of antenna mount.
