Studies in animals and in humans with posttraumatic stress disorder indicate that successful adaptation to stress is a prerequisite for the survival of all organisms living in an enviroment in which noxious stimuli are constantly present.展开更多

EETs open Ca 2+ -sensitive K + channel and inhibit Na + channel,Ca 2+ -sensitive Cl - channel and so on. What is more ,EETs have been demonstrated to activate PP60 c-src and initiate a tyrosine kinase cascade that mediates mitogenic effects.展开更多
