随着年龄的增长,人脸纹理、形状等特征会发生非线性变化,且不同个体之间的变化过程不尽相同,从而导致模型的识别性能有所下降.现有的主流方法是将人脸特征分解为身份特征和年龄特征,证实了身份特征和年龄特征具有非线性关系,但仍无法彻...随着年龄的增长,人脸纹理、形状等特征会发生非线性变化,且不同个体之间的变化过程不尽相同,从而导致模型的识别性能有所下降.现有的主流方法是将人脸特征分解为身份特征和年龄特征,证实了身份特征和年龄特征具有非线性关系,但仍无法彻底将身份特征和年龄特征完全分解,即分解后的身份特征仍包含年龄相关信息.针对上述问题,该文提出一种基于高斯分布概率模型的跨年龄人脸识别模型(probabilistic face CNN,PF-CNN),在生成身份特征的同时,用高斯分布概率模型描述年龄因素对身份特征的影响.PF-CNN在CACD-VS、Morph 2个数据集上分别进行实验,通过对不同基准模型、训练数据集和指标的比较,结果表明该模型可以有效地降低年龄因素对跨年龄人脸识别精度的影响,相比现有方法识别率有一定提升.展开更多
