The resulting sam... The Na2CO3-modified HZSM-5 zeolites were further treated by tetrapropylammonium hydroxide(TPAOH) solution. The effect of TPAOH concentration on the secondary crystallization process was investigated. The resulting samples were characterized by a complementary combination of X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption/desorption, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, XPS, 27 Al and 29 Si magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, BET and temperature-programmed desorption techniques. The results showed that the secondary crystallization of the HZSM-5 zeolite could result in migration of non-framework species from the internal channels to the zeolite surface and their transformation into framework species. The catalytic activity of these modified samples for thiophene alkylation was evaluated. Both the activity and stability of the catalysts were improved after secondary crystallization. 展开更多

正负极混合宏量回收废旧磷酸铁锂电池的探索 被引量:6

为模拟实际工业生产中废旧LiFePO_(4)电池回收及其综合应用,本文设计了在酸性条件下对废旧LiFePO_(4)电池正负混合极片中有价金属Li、Cu、Fe的选择性浸出及其产物回收再利用。电池拆解后,将正负混合极片机械粉碎后过筛,得到Cu、Al高含... 为模拟实际工业生产中废旧LiFePO_(4)电池回收及其综合应用,本文设计了在酸性条件下对废旧LiFePO_(4)电池正负混合极片中有价金属Li、Cu、Fe的选择性浸出及其产物回收再利用。电池拆解后,将正负混合极片机械粉碎后过筛,得到Cu、Al高含量杂质的正负极混合粉,700℃高温焙烧后,除碳率和除氟率分别为99.03%和99.93%,后对其进行Li、Cu的选择性浸出实验。研究结果表明,浸Li段在H^(+)/Li^(+)的物质的量之比为0.7、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间3 h、液固比为3∶1时,金属元素Li、Fe、Cu、Al的浸出率分别为:91.88%、0.0024%、4.71%、0.11%,实现对Li的有效分离。对浸出液引入饱和Na_(2)CO_(3)作为沉淀剂后,成功回收合成电池级碳酸锂。另一方面,对浸出渣进行450℃焙烧后,滴加浓硫酸控制pH为1.5、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间3 h、液固比5∶1,金属元素Fe、Cu浸出率为:0.11%和92.54%,实现了有价金属Cu的选择性浸出。将处理后的浸铜渣进行酸溶,滴加氨水调节pH至1.8,形成二水磷酸铁,沉淀率可达到95%。焙烧除去二水磷酸铁中的结晶水,得到电池级磷酸铁,纯度为99.48%。 展开更多

白合金是铜钴矿冶炼过程的中间产物,存在大量钴、铜、铁金属元素,其中酸性溶液中的铁、钴分离是白合金湿法回收的难点之一。采用焙烧-浸出法分离回收白合金酸浸生成的硫酸铁-硫酸钴混合溶液。通过设计单因素实验探索最佳工艺条件,采用X... 白合金是铜钴矿冶炼过程的中间产物,存在大量钴、铜、铁金属元素,其中酸性溶液中的铁、钴分离是白合金湿法回收的难点之一。采用焙烧-浸出法分离回收白合金酸浸生成的硫酸铁-硫酸钴混合溶液。通过设计单因素实验探索最佳工艺条件,采用X射线衍射(XRD)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究白合金有价金属分离过程中的物相变化。研究结果表明:在硫酸浓度为1.9 mol/L、浸出温度为90℃、浸出时间为60 min和液固比为5:1 (L/g)的最佳条件下,白合金中钴和铁的浸出率达到91.78%和98.67%,而铜在硫酸溶液中保持稳定的斜方蓝辉铜矿结构残留在滤渣(含铜渣)中;随后将滤液浓缩结晶得到水合硫酸铁-硫酸钴混合晶体,并在600℃下焙烧,使硫酸铁热分解成难溶于水的氧化铁,而硫酸钴保持稳定,经水溶浸出后测得钴、铁浸出率为98.5%和0.1%,达到理想分离效果;最后将含铜渣在450℃下焙烧,形成硫酸铜-氧化铜化合物,经过酸浸可完全回收有价金属铜。 展开更多

A new technique for separation of petroleum acids from crude oil was proposed. The method relates to processes for treating acidic oils or fractions thereof to reduce or eliminate their acidity by addition of effective amounts of crosslinked polymeric amines such as polypropylene amine and anionic exchange resins having amino-groups. Petroleum acids contained in the mixture can be extracted by a complex solvent. The results indicate that more than 80 % of the petroleum acids are removed and the process does not cause environmental pollution because all the solvents are recovered and reused in the test. 展开更多

Nano-sized silica-alumina particles were in-situ synthesized in supersolubilizing reverse micellae.Both the most probable pore diameters and the particle sizes were distributed in nano-scale SiO2-Al2O3 particulates.The influence of SiO2/Al2O3 mass ratio and the surfactant content on the particle size and morphology,pore structure,and acidity was characterized by the low temperature nitrogen adsorption/desorption (BET),SEM,TEM and NH3-TPD methods.The test results indicated that the most probable pore diameter of SiO2-Al2O3 nanoparticles was around 10 nm,the specific surface area was about 223-286 m2 /g,the pore volumes were about 0.48-0.63 cm 3 /g,and the particle sizes of porous SiO2-Al2O3 calcined at 550 ℃ were distributed always in the range between 10 nm to 50 nm.The calcined SiO2-Al2O3 nano-powders showed their acidity being stronger than the porous γ-Al2O3 support. 展开更多

At a n(H2)/n(1-hexene) ratio of 8, the influence of steam treatment temperature, reaction temperature and reaction pressure on the performance of MCM-22 zeolite for catalytic skeletal isomerization of 1-hexene was examined. The experimental results showed that at a steam treatment temperature of 500℃, a reaction temperature of 270℃, a space velocity of 1.0 h-1 and a reaction pressure of 0.2 MPa, the MCM-22 zeolite exhibited excellent performance for catalytic skeletal isomerization of 1-hexene with the i-hexene yield reaching 66.15%. Compared with other commonly used molecular sieve catalysts, the MCM-22 zeolite catalyst exhibited better catalytic performance for skeletal isomerization of 1-hexene. 展开更多
