聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)由于优异的介电性能已成为高频通讯的重要载体,通常将其与无机填料复配以提高其力学性能。但是,受限于PTFE极低的表面能,无机填料与其界面作用极差,难以在传统车削或压延成膜的强应力作用下实现高填充复合薄膜材料的成... 聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)由于优异的介电性能已成为高频通讯的重要载体,通常将其与无机填料复配以提高其力学性能。但是,受限于PTFE极低的表面能,无机填料与其界面作用极差,难以在传统车削或压延成膜的强应力作用下实现高填充复合薄膜材料的成型。因此文中尝试以尺寸更小,界面可灵活构筑的PTFE乳液为基体、二氧化硅(SiO_(2))为无机填料,通过SiO_(2)表面改性对SiO_(2)/PTFE复合膜材料性能强化,研究无机粒子表面改性对复合材料分散、界面及力学性能等的影响。研究发现,当偶联剂质量分数为5%时,SiO_(2)/PTFE复合薄膜(80μm)力学性能最优,拉伸强度由SiO_(2)改性前的4.35 MPa增加至5.33 MPa、断裂伸长率由38.2%增加至134.0%。为提高PTFE/SiO_(2)界面强度、制备高性能PTFE复合薄膜材料提供了新方法。 展开更多

在环境治理中,光催化氧化是去除有机污染物的一种很有前途的技术。与吸附、生物降解和化学氧化等方法相比,光催化氧化可以通过环境友好的方式,完全、方便、廉价地消除有机污染物。光催化氧化中,又以可见光光催化氧化更具优势,这是因为... 在环境治理中,光催化氧化是去除有机污染物的一种很有前途的技术。与吸附、生物降解和化学氧化等方法相比,光催化氧化可以通过环境友好的方式,完全、方便、廉价地消除有机污染物。光催化氧化中,又以可见光光催化氧化更具优势,这是因为可见光在太阳光中的能量比例较高。碘氧化铋(BiOI)是一种很有前途的可见光光催化剂,不仅具有较窄的带隙,而且具有较低的价带(VB),其产生的光生空穴能氧化分解多种有机污染物。然而,BiOI粉末回收困难、比表面积低、载流子复合快等缺点限制了其实际应用。同时,光催化剂的柔性和分级结构有利于这些材料的操作、回收和性能改进,也是非常可取的特性。为此,本文以j静电纺丝制备的聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维为基底,通过原位反应的方法,制备了具有分级结构的柔性BiOI/PAN复合纤维。在BiOI/PAN纤维中,BiOI薄片围绕PAN纤维、垂直均匀地排列在其表面,形成独特的分级结构。在制备的过程中,PAN纤维中掺入的Bi(Ⅲ)会先形成的BiOI晶核,并成为BiOI纳米片生长的种子。这对分级结构的形成至关重要。紫外-可见漫反射光谱和光致发光发射分析显示,这种分级结构可以改善BiOI/PAN光纤的光吸收,促进光生载流子的形成。因此,BiOI/PAN纤维比BiOI粉末具有更高的光催化活性。进一步,用预先制备的石墨烯量子点(GQDs)对BiOI/PAN纤维进行修饰,可制备出GQDs修饰的BiOI/PAN纤维复合材料(GQD-BiOI/PAN)。所制备GQD-BiOI/PAN的形貌与BiOI/PAN纤维几乎是一样的。通过制备方法、光致发光发射、反应自由基测试和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)的综合分析,证实了GQDs与BiOI之间会形成梯型(S型)异质结。这种S型异质结不仅能有效地抑制光生空穴的复合,而且能保留GQDs的最低未占据分子轨道(LUMO)上还原能力更强的电子,以及BiOI的VB上氧化能力更强的空穴,用于光催化降解苯酚。在纤维分级结构和S型异质结的共同作用下,GQD-BiOI/PAN在可见光光催化氧化苯酚中,其性能明显优于BiOI粉末和BiOI/PAN纳米纤维。此外,由于粘结紧密,GQD-BIOI/PAN可以进行裁剪和徒手操作,回收利用非常方便。在循环性能测试中,没有明显的样品损失和光催化活性的降低的现象。本文的工作为制备柔性光催化剂提供了一条新的途径,并对光催化剂的增强提供了新的视野。 展开更多

目的分析早期胃癌(EGC)内镜黏膜下剥离术后出血(PEB)的危险因素。方法搜索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、谷歌学术、Cochrane Library和Web ofScience等数据库中关于EGC发生PEB的文章,使用纽卡... 目的分析早期胃癌(EGC)内镜黏膜下剥离术后出血(PEB)的危险因素。方法搜索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、谷歌学术、Cochrane Library和Web ofScience等数据库中关于EGC发生PEB的文章,使用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)对获取的文献进行质量评价。结果共纳入9篇文献,研究对象5719例,发生PEB 282例(4.93%)。Meta分析结果显示:男性(O^R:1.73,95%CI:1.26~2.37)、溃疡阳性(O^R:1.83,95%CI:1.04~3.22)、抗血栓类药物(O^R:2.17,95%CI:1.65~2.86)、操作时间(MD:12.48,95%CI:1.72~23.23)、病灶切除大小(MD:5.30,95%CI:3.32~7.29)和浸润深度(O^R:1.53,95%CI:1.04~2.26)是EGC发生PEB的危险因素。结论男性、术中发现溃疡阳性、使用抗血栓类药物、操作时间、病灶切除大小和浸润深度是EGC发生PEB的独立危险因素,尤其是使用抗血栓类药物治疗的患者,要引起足够的重视。 展开更多

通过不同相对分子质量聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)复配来改善其耐应力开裂性,以期在不添加其他功能助剂的情况下改善韧性,从而最大限度保持其优良的光学透明性和介电性能。采用动态流变学研究了PCTFE共混体系的流变特性。结果表明,不同相对分... 通过不同相对分子质量聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)复配来改善其耐应力开裂性,以期在不添加其他功能助剂的情况下改善韧性,从而最大限度保持其优良的光学透明性和介电性能。采用动态流变学研究了PCTFE共混体系的流变特性。结果表明,不同相对分子质量PCTFE共混相容性较好,随着高相对分子质量PCTFE含量的增加,共混物分子链缠结程度增加,分子链运动能力下降,共混体系更多表现为弹性行为。偏光显微镜和差示扫描量热结果表明,高相对分子质量PCTFE的加入使其晶体尺寸显著减小,结晶度有所降低。当高相对分子质量PCTFE用量为30%时,共混物冲击强度相比于未改性PCTFE提高了140%,呈现出韧性断裂特征。 展开更多

以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)接枝改性纳米SiO2,得到氨基化纳米SiO2(改性纳米SiO2),再将其与聚氨酯预聚体反应合成改性聚氨酯多元醇,并与异氰酸酯固化剂固化合成了含改性纳米SiO20%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%(质量分数)的双组分... 以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)接枝改性纳米SiO2,得到氨基化纳米SiO2(改性纳米SiO2),再将其与聚氨酯预聚体反应合成改性聚氨酯多元醇,并与异氰酸酯固化剂固化合成了含改性纳米SiO20%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%(质量分数)的双组分水性聚氨酯涂膜和面漆,并以红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析、力学性能测试等对产物的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明,FT-IR证明纳米粒子已经成功以化学键方式接入了聚氨酯中;TEM显示纳米粒子在聚氨酯中分散良好;复合膜力学性能得到大幅改善,当加入量为0.8%时性能达到最佳,由未加改性剂的10MPa增大到28MPa;吸水率从37.7%降低到6.3%;涂膜分解(90%和10%)温度均有所提高;铅笔硬度从HB增大到3H,冲击强度从50kg·cm增大到70kg·cm,表面干燥时间从62min缩短到40min;漆膜硬度达到3H,耐化学腐蚀性良好。 展开更多

Objective To evaluate the effects of environmental factors and microRNAs (miRNAs) (miR-126, miR-143, and miR-145) on the risk of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods A frequency-matched case-control study (450 patients, 450 controls) was conducted from April 2014 to December 2016 in Fuzhou City, China. Environmental factors were investigated using a self-administered questionnaire, and the expression levels of miR-126, rniR-143, and miR-145 were determined by quantitative real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) in pe- ripheral blood mononuclear cells. Unconditional logistic regression models were used for statistical evaluation. Results Alcohol consumption, high-salt diets, high-intensity work, and lack of physical activity were significantly associated with increased CHD risk, whereas light diet was significantly associated with decreased risk. MiR-126, miR-143, and miR-145 were highly expressed in the CHD group compared with the control group. After adjustment for other environmental factors, unconditional logistic regression results revealed that miR-126, miR-143, and depression were the independent risk factors of CHD, and light diet was the independent protective factor of CHD. Conclusions Our data suggest that a family history of CHD, anxiety, and alcohol consumption was significantly associated with increased CHD risk, whereas light diet was significantly associated with decreased risk. Furthermore, miR-126 and miR-143 in combination with several risk factors, could play a joint role in the development of CHD. Therefore, it is necessary to manage patients with CHD in all directions and multiple level. 展开更多

Quantum dots(QDs)are promising candidates for the next-generation optical and electronic devices due to the outstanding photoluminance efficiency,tunable bandgap and facile solution synthesis.Nevertheless,the limited optoelectronic performance and poor lifetime of QDs devices hinder their further applications.As a gas-phase surface treatment method,atomic layer deposition(ALD)has shown the potential in QDs surface modification and device construction owing to the atomic-level control and excellent uniformity/conformality.In this perspective,the attempts to utilize ALD techniques in QDs modification to improve the photoluminance efficiency,stability,carrier mobility,as well as interfacial carrier utilization are introduced.ALD proves to be successful in the photoluminance quantum yield(PLQY)enhancement due to the elimination of QDs surface dangling bonds and defects.The QDs stability and devices lifetime are improved greatly through the introduction of ALD barrier layers.Furthermore,the carrier transport is ameliorated efficiently by infilling interstitial spaces during ALD process.Attributed to the ultra-thin and dense coating on the interface,the improvement on optoelectronic performance is achieved.Finally,the challenges of ALD applications in QDs at present and several prospects including ALD process optimization,in-situ characterization and computational simulations are proposed. 展开更多

As a combination device for a step-up pulse transformer and a magnetic switch,the saturable pulse transformer is widely used in pulsed-power and plasma technology.A fractional-turn ratio saturable pulse transformer is constructed and analyzed in this paper.Preliminary experimental results show that if the primary energy storage capacitors are charged to 300 V,an output voltage of about 19 kV can be obtained across the capacitor connected to the secondary windings of a fractional-tum ratio saturable pulse transformer.Theoretical and experimental results reveal that this kind of pulse transformer is not only able to integrate a step-up transformer and a magnetic switch into one device,but can also lower the saturable inductance of its secondary windings,thus leading to the relatively high step-up ratio of the pulse transformer.Meanwhile,the application of the fractional-turn ratio saturable pulse transformer in a μs range pulse modulator as a voltage step-up device and main switch is also included in this paper.The demonstrated experiments display that an output voltage with an amplitude of about 29 kV,and a 1.6 μs pulse width can be obtained across a 3500 Ω resistive load,based on a pulse modulator,if the primary energy storage capacitors are charged to 300 V.This compact fractional-turn ratio saturable pulse transformer can be applied in many other fields such as surface treatment,corona plasma generation and dielectric barrier discharge. 展开更多

In order to study the effect of temperature difference load (TDL) along the vertical direction of a simply supported beam bridge section on the vertical irregularity, a rail-bridge-piers calculation model was established. Taking 32 m simply supported box beam bridge which is widely used in the construction of pas- senger dedicated line in China as an example, influences of the temperature variation between the bottom and top of the bridge, temperature curve index, type of temperature gradient, and beam height on track vertical irregularity were analyzed with the model. The results show that TDL has more effects on long wave track irregularity than on short one, and the wavelength mainly affected is approxi- mately equal to the beam span. The amplitude of irregu- larity caused by TDL is largely affected by the temperature variation, temperature curve index, and type of temperature gradient, so it is necessary to monitor the temperaturedistribution of bridges in different regions to provide accurate calculation parameters. Achieving a thorough understanding of how primary sedimentary granularity drives considerable heterogeneity in internal reservoir attributes of terrigenous fine-grained deposits is of great significance.We investigated the quantitative differentiation and its corresponding driving forces of physical reservoir properties and pore-structure characteristics of silty-mud sediments in the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation(SW China)using a multi-method approach.The results show that the micro-mesopore volume and surface area of mudstones/shales are apparently higher than those of silty mudstones and a remarkable threefold rise in average permeability also presents.Extensively distributed bitumen pores occurring mostly along brittle mineral grains or forming clay-organic complexes make considerable contributions to shrinking microcracks.Furthermore,an evidently higher concentration of clay minerals in mudstone/shale reservoirs is primarily responsible for development of the two types of clay intercrystalline pores distributed along grain aggregates and between well-oriented platelets.These two major causes facilitate the formation of micro-bedding fractures/non-bedding micro fractures and connected fracture and pore-fracture networks,and also high-quality argillaceous reservoirs by strongly enhancing storage spaces and seepage capacities.Finally,a conceptual model is established for interpreting a differential reservoir-forming mechanism and corresponding two-sided effects on petrophysical and reservoir quality properties for continental silty-mud sediments. 展开更多

The flexible pressure sensor has been credited for leading performance including higher sensitivity,faster response/recovery,wider detection range and higher mechanical durability,thus driving the development of novel sensing materials enabled by new processing technologies.Using atomic layer infiltration,Pt nanocrystals with dimensions on the order of a few nanometers can be infiltrated into the compressible lamellar structure of Ti3C2Tx MXene,allowing a modulation of its interlayer spacing,electrical conductivity and piezoresistive property.The flexible piezoresistive sensor is further developed from the Pt-infiltrated MXene on a paper substrate.It is demonstrated that Pt infiltration leads to a significant enhancement of the pressure-sensing performance of the sensor,including increase of sensitivity from 0.08 kPa^(-1)to 0.5 kPa^(-1),extension of detection limit from 5 kPa to 9 kPa,decrease of response time from 200 ms to 20 ms,and reduction of recovery time from 230 ms to 50 ms.The mechanical durability of the flexible sensor is also improved,with the piezoresistive performance stable over 1000 cycles of flexure fatigue.The atomic layer infiltration process offers new possibilities for the structure modification of MXene for advanced sensor applications. 展开更多

Stiffness is one of the basic performance parameters for railway track. The efficient and accurate stiffness measurement has been considered as the foundation for further development of railway engineering, and therefore has great theoretical and practical significance. Based on a summary of the connotation and measurement of track stiffness, the state of the art of measurement methods for track stiffness was analyzed systematically. The standstill measurement of track stiffness can be performed with the traditional jack-loading method, impact hammer method, FWD (falling weight deflectometer) method, and track loading vehicle method. Although these methods can be adopted in stiffness measurement for a section of railway track, they are not desirable owning to small range and low efficiency. In the recent 20 years, researchers have proposed many methods like unbalancedloading laser displacement method, deflection basin deformation rate method, and eccentricity excitation method to continuously measure track stiffness; however, these methods have drawbacks like poor accuracy, low speed, and insufficient data analysis. In this work, the merits and demerits of these methods were summarized, and optimization suggestions were presented. Based on the wave transmission mechanism and principle of vibration energy harvesting, an overall conception on continuous measurement of stiffness and long-term stiffness monitoring for special sections was proposed. 展开更多

The unsupported sleeper can change the load characteristics of ballast particles and thus affect the dynamic stability of a ballasted bed.In this work,a laboratory test was constructed on a ballasted track containing unsupported sleepers.The ballasted track was excited by a wheelset,and the influence of unsupported sleepers on the dynamic stability of a ballasted bed was studied.The results show that the main frequency of the sleeper vibration appeared at 670 Hz,and the first-order rigid vibration mode at the frequency of 101 Hz had a significant effect on the condition without the unsupported sleeper.When the sleepers were continuously unsupported,the vibration damping effect of ballasted bed within the frequency range of 0–450 Hz was better than that at higher frequencies.Within the frequency range of 70–250 Hz,the vibration damping effect of the ballasted bed with unsupported sleepers was better than that without the unsupported sleeper.Owing to the excitation from the wheelset impact,the lateral resistance of the ballasted bed with unsupported sleepers whose hanging heights were 30,60,and 90 mm increased by 37.43%,12.25%,and 18.23%,respectively,while the lateral resistance of the ballasted bed without the unsupported sleeper remained basically unchanged.The unsupported sleeper could increase the difference in the quality of the ballasted bed between two adjacent sleepers.In addition,test results show that the hanging height of the unsupported sleeper had little effect on the lateral resistance of a ballasted bed without external excitation,but had an obvious effect on the rate of change of the lateral resistance of a ballasted bed and the acceleration amplitude of the sleeper vibration under the wheelset impact. 展开更多

The irregularity is a key factor affecting the wheel-rail contact geometry relationship. In this paper, we calculated the wheel-rail contact points at typical sections and obtained the longitudinal variation of the wheel-rail geometry relationship with the trace line method. The profile of the key rail sections was matched by cubic spline curve, and the shape interpolation was realized in non-controlling sections. The results show that the roll angles at each typical section increases gradually with the enlargement of track alignment irregularity. When the flange contact occurs, the roll angle increases dramatically. Proper track alignment irregularity towards the switch rail improves the structure irregularity of the turnout. 展开更多
