In order to reduce the quantity of data transmission in searching the ships on a large sea area, both range and azimuth of the moving ship targets are converted into sparse representation under certain signal basis. The signal reconstruction algorithm based on CS at a distant calculation station, and the Keystone and fractional Fourier transform(FRFT) algorithm are used to compensate range migration and obtain Doppler frequency. When the sea ships satisfy the sparsity, the algorithm can obtain higher resolution in both range and azimuth than the conventional imaging algorithm. Some simulations are performed to verify the reliability and stability.展开更多
Cocrystallization is a promising technique for the design and preparation of new explosives,and the stability of cocrystal is highly concerned by the researchers.In order to make a better understanding of the behavior...Cocrystallization is a promising technique for the design and preparation of new explosives,and the stability of cocrystal is highly concerned by the researchers.In order to make a better understanding of the behavior of cocrystal under the extreme conditions,DFT(density functional theory) calculation is performed to investigate the effect of hydrostatic pressure on geometrical and electronic structures of the cocrystal BTF(benzotrifuroxan)/TNA(2,4,6-trinitroaniline).When the hydrostatic pressure is applied,the lattice constants,volume,density and total energy change gradually except at the pressures of 40 GPa and 79e83 GPa.It is noteworthy that new chemical bonds form when the pressure is up to83 GPa.The band gap of the cocrystal becomes smaller when the pressure is applied,and finally the cocrystal shows a characteristic of metal.The mechanical property of cocrystal is calculated by MD(molecular dynamics) simulation.The results show that the cocrystal has a better ductibility at low temperature,and has the best tenacity at 295 K.展开更多
Energetic metal-organic complexes have been involved in nanothermites as novel oxidants.However,the existing preparation methods often lead to mixing inhomogeneity and small contact area of ingredients,the reactivity ...Energetic metal-organic complexes have been involved in nanothermites as novel oxidants.However,the existing preparation methods often lead to mixing inhomogeneity and small contact area of ingredients,the reactivity and functionality of the novel energetic nanocomposites are still limited.In this work,spray crystallization(SC)method was used to prepare novel energetic nanocomposites,the high-energy metal-organic complex[Ni(CHZ)_(3)](ClO_(4))_(2)(CHZ=1,3-diaminourea)was composited with nanoaluminum(n-Al).Results showed that n-Al/[Ni(CH_(2))_(3)](ClO_(4))_(2)energetic nanocomposites prepared by SC method increased heat release to 2977.6 J/g and peak pressure to 3.91 MPa with higher pressurization rate(1324.06 MPa/s),decreased sensitivity thresholds(>100 mJ)to electrostatic discharge(ESD)and enhanced detonation ability compared with[Ni(CHZ)_(3)](ClO_(4))_(2)alone and physically mixed(PM)n-Al/[Ni(CHZ)_(3)](ClO_(4))_(2).These results proved that it is significant to introduce energetic metal-organic complexes with inherent high energy in new-concept n-Al/energetic metal-organic complexes nanocomposites through SC method for a better performance of its application.展开更多

OBJECTIVE To establish an in vitro cell model based on patient-specific human neural stem cells to study the pathomechanism of sporadic AD as well as screen candidate drugs.METHODS The peripheral blood cells from spor...OBJECTIVE To establish an in vitro cell model based on patient-specific human neural stem cells to study the pathomechanism of sporadic AD as well as screen candidate drugs.METHODS The peripheral blood cells from sporadic AD patients and cognitive normal controls were repro.grammed into inducedpluripotent stem cells(iPSCs),which were further induced into neural stem cells and neurons.The cell growth curve during the differentiation process was recorded by the IncuCyte ZOOM,and neural stem cells and neurons were identified by immunofluorescence.The apoptosis of neural stem cells and neurons was detected by Click-iT~Plus TUNEL Assay.RESULTS Neural stem cells derived from AD patients and cognitive normal controls can express neural stem cell markers Nes.tin,Sox1,Sox2 and Ki67.TUNEL assay results showed that the number of TUNEL-positive cells in neu.ral stem cells derived from AD patients was significantly higher than that of cognitive normal controls(P<0.01).When neural stem cells were differentiated into neurons,the percentage of MAP2 positive cells in the neural stem cell-derived culture dish of AD patients was significantly higher than the cogni.tive normal controls at day 16 of neuronal differentiation(P<0.01);the TUNEL assay showed that the number of TUNEL-positive cells in AD-derived neurons was significantly greater than that in cognitive normal controls(P<0.01) at day 16 of neuronal differentiation.CONCLUSION Our study revealed that AD-iPSC-derived neural stem cells exhibit premature neuronal differentiation and increased neural apoptosis,which might be relevant to the neuronal loss of AD,thus may provide valuable new tools to screen candidate drugs for the disease and to discover the mechanisms underlying AD pathogenesis.展开更多

To solve this problem, a co...In the open network environment, malicious attacks to the trust model have become increasingly serious. Compared with single node attacks, collusion attacks do more harm to the trust model. To solve this problem, a collusion detector based on the GN algorithm for the trust evaluation model is proposed in the open Internet environment. By analyzing the behavioral characteristics of collusion groups, the concept of flatting is defined and the G-N community mining algorithm is used to divide suspicious communities. On this basis, a collusion community detector method is proposed based on the breaking strength of suspicious communities. Simulation results show that the model has high recognition accuracy in identifying collusion nodes, so as to effectively defend against malicious attacks of collusion nodes.展开更多
