制约原镁产业发展的若干痛点问题、解决思路及科学难题

从21世纪初,中国就已成为世界第一大原镁生产国和镁锭出口国,但近年来我国的原镁产业技术进步放缓、新技术匮乏,难以满足国家日益收紧的节能环保政策要求,面临着前所未有的生存困境。为推动我国原镁工业可持续发展,亟需国家层面的政策... 从21世纪初,中国就已成为世界第一大原镁生产国和镁锭出口国,但近年来我国的原镁产业技术进步放缓、新技术匮乏,难以满足国家日益收紧的节能环保政策要求,面临着前所未有的生存困境。为推动我国原镁工业可持续发展,亟需国家层面的政策引导与支持,加大研发资金的投入,吸引一批高水平的研究队伍,发起新一轮的颠覆性技术革新。梳理了目前原镁冶炼工艺中的一系列关键痛点问题:白云石煅烧能耗高、效率低,硅热法宏量还原装备缺乏,还原剂生产成本、能耗高,精炼工序效率低、环境恶劣,以及镁锭成分检测准确性不足等。通过深入剖析上述问题的起源,进而提出了相应的创新解决思路,包括研发白云石粉体的悬浮态高效煅烧工艺、墙式宏量还原系统、光伏固废硅泥还原剂、全惰性气氛保护下的压力精炼技术及低含量纯镁标准样品等,并凝练了其背后的高价值科学难题,描绘出一幅高效节能、绿色低碳的硅热法炼镁工艺新蓝图。 展开更多

光伏固废硅泥用作硅热法炼镁还原剂的可行性研究 被引量:3

目前硅热法炼镁工艺所用的还原剂为硅铁,生产硅铁的能耗占硅热法炼镁工艺总能耗的近四分之一、其成本占总原料成本的60%以上,因此,亟需寻求新的低能耗、低成本还原剂助力炼镁工艺向绿色高效的方向发展。本工作提出利用光伏固废硅泥替代... 目前硅热法炼镁工艺所用的还原剂为硅铁,生产硅铁的能耗占硅热法炼镁工艺总能耗的近四分之一、其成本占总原料成本的60%以上,因此,亟需寻求新的低能耗、低成本还原剂助力炼镁工艺向绿色高效的方向发展。本工作提出利用光伏固废硅泥替代硅铁作还原剂的设想,通过实验验证与成本核算证明了其可行性。将干燥后的硅泥与75#硅铁分别作为硅热法炼镁工艺的还原剂进行测试,结果表明:硅泥中单质硅含量更高,且其粒径远小于75#硅铁,使得硅泥做还原剂的硅热反应还原率提升超过5%,所制备的粗镁中杂质元素含量仅为75#硅铁中的40%~80%。用硅泥替代75#硅铁生产金属镁,每吨粗镁的还原剂成本可降低1000余元,同时伴随其他原料吨镁消耗量的下降和镁品质的提升,为生产企业带来显著经济效益。 展开更多

电致变色材料是一类重要的光电功能材料,可以随周期性调整的电压改变颜色。这种可控的光学吸收率和透过率的调制在智能窗户、电致变色显示和防眩光后视镜等应用场合大显身手。近年来电致变色技术发展迅速,但当前的研究大多集中在传统刚... 电致变色材料是一类重要的光电功能材料,可以随周期性调整的电压改变颜色。这种可控的光学吸收率和透过率的调制在智能窗户、电致变色显示和防眩光后视镜等应用场合大显身手。近年来电致变色技术发展迅速,但当前的研究大多集中在传统刚性电致变色器件,通常以氧化铟锡(ITO)等导电玻璃为基底。这些刚性变色器件存在厚度大、共型性差、机械强度低、成本高等不可忽视的问题,阻碍了电致变色技术及其商业化的发展。伴随着开发可穿戴设备和电子皮肤等其他未来技术的热潮,柔性电致变色器件因其可折叠性、可穿戴性甚至可嵌入性而备受关注,已跻身成为电致变色领域的研究热点。本综述从制备柔性电致变色器件的材料出发,系统地概述了无机、有机、无机/有机复合及其他新型柔性电致变色器件最新进展和趋势,着重介绍了可拉伸电致变色器件的国内外研究进展。同时讨论了现阶段柔性电致变色器件在性能提升和实际应用等方面遇到的挑战,以及国内外研究者采取的应对措施。最后明确了柔性电致变色器件制备与提升性能的关键,并对未来的发展趋势做出展望。 展开更多

Augmented state matrix analysis method is introduced, and robust fault-tolerant control problem of networked control systems with noise disturbance under actuator failures is studied. The parametric expression of the controller under actuator failures is given. Furthermore, the result is analyzed by simulation tests, which not only satisfies the networked control systems stability, but also decreases the data information number in network channel and makes full use of the network resources. 展开更多

A new delayed model for networked control systems is presented, based on which an LQR controller is designed. A method of delays estimation online is also given. For the difficulty on implementation of LQR in NCSs with time-variant delays, the Mamdani intelligent logic with LQR controller is addressed. The stability of the networked control system is also given. To study the design problem of robust reliable guaranteed cost controller for nonlinear singular stochastic systems, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is used to represent a nonlinear singular stochastic system with norm-bounded parameter uncertainties and time delay. Based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques and stability theory of stochastic differential equations, a stochastic Lyapunov function method is adopted to design a state feedback fuzzy controller. The resulting closed-loop fuzzy system is robustly reliable stochastically stable, and the corresponding quadratic cost function is guaranteed to be no more than a certain upper bound for all admissible uncertainties, as well as different actuator fault cases. A sufficient condition of existence and design method of robust reliable guaranteed cost controller is presented. Finally, a numerical simulation is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多
