In this paper,dehydroabietic acid was isolated and purified from disproportionated rosin at first.Then,sucrose dehydroabietic acid esters were synthesized through the esterification reaction of methyl dehydroabietate ...In this paper,dehydroabietic acid was isolated and purified from disproportionated rosin at first.Then,sucrose dehydroabietic acid esters were synthesized through the esterification reaction of methyl dehydroabietate with sucrose in DMF solvent by using the dehydroabietic acid as starting material.Some synthetic conditions were investigated,and the target product was analyzed and identified by IR and TLC.Besides,some surface properties of the target product such as the surface tension,critical micelle concentration and emulsion capability were determined.The prepared sucrose dehydroabietic acid esters were novel nonionic surfactants.展开更多
