Tsuchiya, director of the institute and Dr. of marine engineering. The estimation of actual hp. was then conducted based on the Japanese tuna liner at the same time, a ship model was made and had tank resistance test. Finally the estimation abtained satisfactory results while compared with the test results.展开更多
