The improved fuzzy Miner rule can reflect the influence of the load sequence on the fatigue life. Results of the example show that the prediction error can be reduced from 61.6% to 21.7%.展开更多

Based on the motion analysis of the four-axis WEDM machine tool, an algorithm for controlling the four-axis motion is proposed. The algorithm is applicable to both the invariable and variable taper machining. Motion loci of the machining platform and the wire guiding head are deduced by the algorithm according to the bottom surface locus of the workpiece and the taper angle. The algorithm is used in the CNC system of the four-axis WEDM machine tool and confirmed to be effective.展开更多
