词典系统是自然语言处理领域较为基础,但又很重要的数据来源。其质量的好坏,会影响上层的分词技术和语义的标注工作。对词间关系的语义分析,能够使得自然语言处理智能化。因此文中针对词典系统提出了分层次管理模式,以行业为父节点,称... 词典系统是自然语言处理领域较为基础,但又很重要的数据来源。其质量的好坏,会影响上层的分词技术和语义的标注工作。对词间关系的语义分析,能够使得自然语言处理智能化。因此文中针对词典系统提出了分层次管理模式,以行业为父节点,称为行业类别,语义相近的词语集合作为其子节点,称为词语类别集合,其包括子代表词,简称词,同义词等词语类型的词语。将这种词间关系设计成一个词间关系模型,这对多重语义的词语也起到了有效的管理。由于词典系统大都是手工录入,有一定的局限性,因此在K-means的基础上,设计了MS-kmeans算法,对词语类别分类得到有效地提高,同时对词语的标注也得到较大的改善。 展开更多

The maximum output power of 1.93 W with simultaneous dual-wavelength operation is achieved at an absorbed pump power of 13.32 W and an absorbed slope efficiency of 15.15%. The maximum optical-optical efficiency is 14.49% with pulse widths of 16.38ns at 946nm and 26.65ns at 1.3μm. A maximum total repetition rate of 43.25 kHz is obtained. 展开更多

Tunable coherent emission is generated in a single-pass, cascaded wavelength conversion process from mode-locked laser-pumped monolithic periodically poled lithium niobate(PPLN). Three ranges of wavelength, including visible output from 628 nm to 639 nm, near-infrared output from 797 nm to 816 nm, and mid-infrared output from 3167 nm to 3459 nm,were obtained from the monolithic PPLN, which consists of a 10-mm section for 532-nm-pumped optical parametric generation(OPG) and a 7-mm section for 1064-nm-pumped sum frequency generation(SFG). A pump-to-signal conversion efficiency of 23.4% for OPG at 50°C and a quantum efficiency of 26.2% for SFG at 200°C were obtained. 展开更多

We first experimentally demonstrate a laser-diode end-pumped self-Q-switched and mode-locked Nd,Cr:YAG green laser with a KTP crystal as the intra-cavity frequency doubler. The device produces an average output power of 680 mW at 532 nm. The corresponding pulse width of the Q-switched envelope of the green laser is 170 + 20 ns. The mode-locked pulses have a repetition rate of approximately 183 MHz and the average pulse duration is estimated to be around sub-nanosecond. It is found that the intra-cavity frequency doubling greatly improves the modulation depth and stability of the mode-locked pulses within the Q-switched envelope. 展开更多

We report a diode-pumped intracavity frequency-doubled self-Q-switched and mode-locked Cr,Nd:YAG/KTP green laser with a Z-type cavity, which produces 1.5 W of average power at 532nm with incident pump power 14.2 W. The individual mode-locked green pulse duration is about 560ps with 149 MHz repetition rate. Almost 100% modulation depth of the mode-locked green pulses is achieved at an incident pump power of 4.13 W. The maximum energy of Q-switched green pulse is 19.8μJ. The experimental results of pulse duration and pulse energy of Q-switched green pulse agree well with the theoretical calculations. 展开更多

The absorption and emission spectra of the YVO4 single crystal co-doped with 1 at.% Nd^3+ and 1 at.% Yb^3+ are investigated. The efficient Nd^3+ → Yb^3+ energy transfer and the back transfer (Yb^3+ → Nd^3+) are observed at room temperature. The fluorescence lifetime of the 4F3/2 level of Nd^3+ in Nd,Yb:YVO4 is measured under 808 nm laser light excitation. The efficiency of Nd^3+ → Yb^3+ energy transfer in YVO4 is determined to be about 34%. 展开更多

A spectrum-splitting and beam-concentrating (SSBC) diffractive optical element (DOE) for three-junction pho- tovoltaics (PV) system is designed and fabricated by five-circ/e micro-fabrication. The incident solar light is efficiently split into three sub-spectrum ranges and strongly concentrated on the focal plane, which can be di- rectly utilized by suitable spectrum-matching solar cells. The system concentration factor reaches 12x. Moreover, the designed wavelengths (450nm, 550nm and 65Onto) are spatially distributed on the focal plane, in good agree- ment with the theoretical results. The average optical effic/ency of all the cells over the three designed wavelengths is 60.07%. The SSBC DOE with a high concentration factor and a high optical efficiency provides a cost-effective approach to achieve higher PV conversion efficieneies. 展开更多

Amplification of fluorescence using collinear picosecond optical parametric amplification at degeneracy

We demonstrate the output characteristic of broadband parametric amplification of incoherent light pulses in a 355-nm pumped degenerate picosecond optical parametric amplification with either saturated or unsaturated amplification. The optical parametric amplifier is seeded by the fluorescence generated in a solution of pyridine-1 dye in ethanol. With the saturated amplification, we can obtain high energy incoherent light pulses, whose full width at half maximum bandwidth varies from 16 nm to 53 nm for the different phase matching angles near degeneracy. Moreover, the unsaturated bandwidth of the amplified pulses fits well to the calculated result at degeneracy. Selecting s-polarized fluorescence with a Glan-Taylor prism, the maximum bandwidth of the amplified fluorescence is found to be 59 nm for a purely s-polarized seed. The maximum output energy is 0.67 mJ for the optical parametric amplifier. By using an optical filter and compressor, the generated high energy incoherent light has great potential as the incoherent pump, signal or idler wave of a parametric down-conversion process, so that a wave with a high degree of coherence can be generated from an incoherent pump light. 展开更多

Picosecond optical parametric generation and amplification in the near-infrared region within 1.361-1.656 μm and the mid-infrared region within 2.976-4.875 μm is constructed on the basis of bulk MgO:LiNbO 3 crystals pumped at 1.064 μm.The maximum pulse energy reaches 1.3 mJ at 1.464 μm and 0.47 mJ at 3.894 μm,corresponding to a pumpto-idler photon conversion efficiency of 25%.By seeding the hard-to-measure mid-infrared radiation as the idler in the optical parametric amplification and measuring the amplified and frequency up-converted signal in the near-infrared or even visible region,one can measure very week mid-infrared radiation with ordinary detectors,which are insensitive to mid-infrared radiation,with a very high gain.A maximum gain factor of about 7 脳 10 7 is achieved at the mid-infrared wavelength of 3.374 μm and the corresponding energy detection limit is as low as about 390 aJ per pulse. 展开更多

CaCu _(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)(CCTO)thin films were fabricated on ITO−covered MgO(100)substrates.The rectification characteristics were observed in the CCTO capacitance structure with Pt top electrodes at temperatures ranging from 150 K to 330 K,which are attributed to the formation of a Schottky junction between n-type semiconducting CCTO and Pt due to the difference of their work functions.At low forward-bias voltage,the current-voltage characteristics of the Schottky junction follow J=JsD exp[qV/(k0T)].A strong decrease in ideality factor with the increasing temperature is obtained by linear fitting at the low bias voltage. 展开更多
