For 2 bromo 1 (2,3,4 trimethoxyphenyl)ethanone in DMF,2 (1H imidazol 1 yl) 1 (2,3,4 trimethoxyphenyl) ethanone was obtained in yield of 62 7%. It was obtained that the best reaction condition which the molar ratio of bromo compound to imidazole will be 1∶5 and the reaction time will be 8 h under low temperature or room temperature. The structure of the product was confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and IR spectrum analysis.展开更多
