采用电化学测试、扫描电镜观察及X光电子能谱分析等方法,在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中研究了铬元素对Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn、Cu-10Al-4Fe-2Mn铝青铜的组织及腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:添加1%(质量分数)Cr使得铝青铜组织中枝晶的面积占比分... 采用电化学测试、扫描电镜观察及X光电子能谱分析等方法,在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中研究了铬元素对Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn、Cu-10Al-4Fe-2Mn铝青铜的组织及腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:添加1%(质量分数)Cr使得铝青铜组织中枝晶的面积占比分别降低了13%与7%;四种铝青铜中Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn-1Cr的耐腐蚀性能最优,添加1%Cr使Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn的腐蚀速率从0.0456mm/a降低至0.0325mm/a,使Cu-10Al-4Fe-2Mn的腐蚀速率从0.0504mm/a增加至0.0567mm/a;Cr^(3+)能够掺入Cu_(2)O,提高腐蚀产物膜的致密性,而Cr_(2)O_(3)的形成再次提高膜的致密性,改善了铝青铜的耐腐蚀性能。 展开更多

The ultra-high strength Cu-20Ni-20 Mn alloy was prepared by vacuum melting and its mechanical property and corrosion behavior were investigated. After thermomechanical treatment, the alloy exhibited an ultra-high tensile strength of 1204 MPa and the applicable elongation of up to 6.2%. With the increasing exposure time in 3.5% Na Cl solution, the corrosion current of the alloy decreased, while the polarization resistance and the charge-transfer resistance of the corrosion surface increased. The corrosion products formed on the surface of the alloy exposed for 1 d, and further corrosion made the corrosion product layer much dense, increasing the corrosion resistance and protecting the alloy from further corrosion. 展开更多
