降钙素基因相关肽与三叉神经痛发病关系的临床研究 被引量:15

目的 :通过研究三叉神经痛患者疼痛发作时是否有降钙素基因相关肽 (calcitoningene -relatedpeptide ,CGRP)参与 ,痛支与非痛支神经组织中CGRP含量是否有所不同 ,加深对三叉神经痛发病机理的认识。方法 :用放射免疫法检测 16例三叉神经... 目的 :通过研究三叉神经痛患者疼痛发作时是否有降钙素基因相关肽 (calcitoningene -relatedpeptide ,CGRP)参与 ,痛支与非痛支神经组织中CGRP含量是否有所不同 ,加深对三叉神经痛发病机理的认识。方法 :用放射免疫法检测 16例三叉神经痛患者疼痛发作时患侧颈外静脉血、肘静脉血及术后患侧颈外静脉血中CGRP含量并以 10名同年龄组健康成人颈外静脉血中的CGRP含量作为正常对照 ;用免疫组织化学法标记 16例患者痛支与非痛支神经切片中CGRP免疫反应阳性颗粒 ,定量观察痛支与非痛支神经纤维中CGRP免疫反应阳性颗粒的数量、面积、平均光密度和平均面积 ,从免疫反应阳性颗粒的数量和面积两个方面来说明痛支与非痛支神经纤维中CGRP的含量有无差异 ;结果 :疼痛发作时患侧颈外静脉血中CGRP含量显著升高 ,与肘静脉血、术后患侧颈外静脉血及健康对照组颈外静脉血中的CGRP含量相比 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,而后三者相比差异均不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;痛支神经纤维中CGRP免疫反应阳性颗粒的数量、面积均明显高于非痛支中CGRP免疫反应阳性颗粒 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;结论 :CGRP与三叉神经痛发病关系密切 ,三叉神经痛发作时局部确有CGRP的参与 。 展开更多

Two experimental patterns of autogenous nerve replantation in situ and centrocentralnerve suture were performed on the rabbit median and ulnar nerves.The results of light andtransmission electron microscopy as well as immunohistochemistry showed that autogenous nervereplantation in situ could inhibit the formation of neuroma.The mechanism might be that twoproximal stump axons could touch within the interpolated graft segment.Simple end-to-endnerve suture failed to inhibit neuroma development because of a lack of proper environment forthe touching between two proximal stump axons. 展开更多

There were 5 modifi... Objective: To develop China-made or modified UW Solution for organ transplantation. Methods: In 1992, we developed a new solution: NO. 1 Changzheng Multi-organ Preservation Solution(CZ-1 Solution). There were 5 modified aspects as compared with UW solution: (1) replacing hydroxyethylstarch with dextran-40; (2) replacing RAF(raffinose ) with sucrose; (3) removing insulin, penicillin and batricn; (4) adding Ca2+ channel blockers verapamil; (5) further improving the pH value of CZ-1 Solution to 7.45 ±0.1. A series of studies were conducted on how and how long CZ-1 Solution could preserve the organs (such as kidneys, liver, heart, lungs, pancreas, etc. ) of the animals (New Zealand rabbits or SD rats). The morphologic survey was studied by spectrum microscope and electron microscope; the biochemical, physiologic functions and the survival rate during cold prolonged storage were also studied . Results: The effect of CZ-1 was similiar and superior, in some aspects, to that of UW solution in the cold preservation of organs. Conclusion: The controlled study showed that the CZ-1 Solu- tion is as effective as UW Solution and is quite effective for organ preservation. The 24 to 31 h cold storage of cadaveric kidney in transplantation is successful. The advantage of CZ-1 Solution is that it can reduce costs and improve the effect of organ pres- ervation. It can also meet the requirements of future development of transplantation in China. 展开更多

Sunflower-like pattern: a characteristic morphology of apoptotic cells

Objective: Apoptosis of human mast cell line HMC-1 can be induced by tripterine, a monomer extracted from Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook, f.. This paper is to describe the typical morphologic changes accompanying apoptotic process, explore the possible mechanism underlying and discuss the significance of using it as hallmark of apoptosis. Methods: On or after exposure to tripterine, cells were analyzed with light microscopy, electromicroscope, flow cytometry, ferminal trans- ferase dUTP nick and end labeling (TFUNEL). Results: Under light microscopy, Cell with patterns like sunflower: Cellular main body surrounded by clusters of small small (resembling the petals of sunflower), could be seen in the apoptotic pro cess. The sunflower-like cells (SLCs), negative to trypan blue staining, wb or without the accompaniment of chromatin condense, could occur as soon as20 min after the addition of tripterine and survive for several hours. Drug-baced SLC was time- and dose-dependent. The apoptosis were significantly correlated with results of TUNEL or PI/FCM in the for & h of induction. The SLCs could be easily discriminated under reverse light microscopy. The number of SLC at different time from different persons was consistent. Conclusion: The results suggested that SLC is a characteristic morphologic chane of apop totic cells, it can be a useful mark for quantifying apoptotic HMC-l cell. 展开更多
