As the demand for high-quality services proliferates,an innovative network architecture,the fully-decoupled RAN(FD-RAN),has emerged for more flexible spectrum resource utilization and lower network costs.However,with the decoupling of uplink base stations and downlink base stations in FDRAN,the traditional transmission mechanism,which relies on real-time channel feedback,is not suitable as the receiver is not able to feedback accurate and timely channel state information to the transmitter.This paper proposes a novel transmission scheme without relying on physical layer channel feedback.Specifically,we design a radio map based complex-valued precoding network(RMCPNet)model,which outputs the base station precoding based on user location.RMCPNet comprises multiple subnets,with each subnet responsible for extracting unique modal features from diverse input modalities.Furthermore,the multimodal embeddings derived from these distinct subnets are integrated within the information fusion layer,culminating in a unified representation.We also develop a specific RMCPNet training algorithm that employs the negative spectral efficiency as the loss function.We evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme on the public DeepMIMO dataset and show that RMCPNet can achieve 16%and 76%performance improvements over the conventional real-valued neural network and statistical codebook approach,respectively. 展开更多

This letter proposes a sliced-gated-convolutional neural network with belief propagation(SGCNN-BP) architecture for decoding long codes under correlated noise. The basic idea of SGCNNBP is using Neural Networks(NN) to transform the correlated noise into white noise, setting up the optimal condition for a standard BP decoder that takes the output from the NN. A gate-controlled neuron is used to regulate information flow and an optional operation—slicing is adopted to reduce parameters and lower training complexity. Simulation results show that SGCNN-BP has much better performance(with the largest gap being 5dB improvement) than a single BP decoder and achieves a nearly 1dB improvement compared to Fully Convolutional Networks(FCN). 展开更多

针对水下机械臂在复杂水流环境下操作精度的提升问题,提出了一种基于自适应神经网络的滑膜控制策略。采用Newton-Euler法构建了适用于恒定均匀水流影响的双关节水下机械臂动力学模型,以提高模型精度并充分考虑实际应用中的环境因素。针... 针对水下机械臂在复杂水流环境下操作精度的提升问题,提出了一种基于自适应神经网络的滑膜控制策略。采用Newton-Euler法构建了适用于恒定均匀水流影响的双关节水下机械臂动力学模型,以提高模型精度并充分考虑实际应用中的环境因素。针对模型中存在的错误和不可预知的外部干扰,设计了融入自适应神经网络的滑膜控制器,有效补偿模型不准确带来的误差,抵抗多种类型的不确定外部扰动,从而显著改善了水下机械臂的轨迹跟踪速度和准确性。通过Matlab/Simulink平台进行仿真实验显示,相比于传统的PD滑模控制算法,提出的自适应神经网络滑膜控制方法在均匀水流干扰下,大大提高了水下机械臂的跟踪响应速度和精度,增强了系统在动态变化水流条件和模型不确定性面前的适应性。该策略的实施不仅提升了控制精度和响应速度,还保证了系统的稳定性,为水下机械臂在现代化海洋牧场等复杂水下作业环境中的应用提供了可行的解决方案。 展开更多

Track reconstruction algorithms are critical for polarization measurements.Convolutional neural networks(CNNs)are a promising alternative to traditional moment-based track reconstruction approaches.However,the hexagonal grid track images obtained using gas pixel detectors(GPDs)for better anisotropy do not match the classical rectangle-based CNN,and converting the track images from hexagonal to square results in a loss of information.We developed a new hexagonal CNN algorithm for track reconstruction and polarization estimation in X-ray polarimeters,which was used to extract the emission angles and absorption points from photoelectron track images and predict the uncer-tainty of the predicted emission angles.The simulated data from the PolarLight test were used to train and test the hexagonal CNN models.For individual energies,the hexagonal CNN algorithm produced 15%-30%improvements in the modulation factor compared to the moment analysis method for 100%polarized data,and its performance was comparable to that of the rectangle-based CNN algorithm that was recently developed by the Imaging X-ray Polarimetry Explorer team,but at a lower computational and storage cost for preprocessing. 展开更多

Security distance analysis of active distribution network considering energy hub demand response

This study proposes a method for analyzing the security distance of an Active Distribution Network(ADN)by incorporating the demand response of an Energy Hub(EH).Taking into account the impact of stochastic wind-solar power and flexible loads on the EH,an interactive power model was developed to represent the EH’s operation under these influences.Additionally,an ADN security distance model,integrating an EH with flexible loads,was constructed to evaluate the effect of flexible load variations on the ADN’s security distance.By considering scenarios such as air conditioning(AC)load reduction and base station(BS)load transfer,the security distances of phases A,B,and C increased by 17.1%,17.2%,and 17.7%,respectively.Furthermore,a multi-objective optimal power flow model was formulated and solved using the Forward-Backward Power Flow Algorithm,the NSGA-II multi-objective optimization algo-rithm,and the maximum satisfaction method.The simulation results of the IEEE33 node system example demonstrate that after opti-mization,the total energy cost for one day is reduced by 0.026%,and the total security distance limit of the ADN’s three phases is improved by 0.1 MVA.This method effectively enhances the security distance,facilitates BS load transfer and AC load reduction,and contributes to the energy-saving,economical,and safe operation of the power system. 展开更多

An efficient and accurate numerical method for simulating close-range blast loads of cylindrical charges based on neural network

To address the problems of low accuracy by the CONWEP model and poor efficiency by the Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian(CEL)method in predicting close-range air blast loads of cylindrical charges,a neural network-based simulation(NNS)method with higher accuracy and better efficiency was proposed.The NNS method consisted of three main steps.First,the parameters of blast loads,including the peak pressures and impulses of cylindrical charges with different aspect ratios(L/D)at different stand-off distances and incident angles were obtained by two-dimensional numerical simulations.Subsequently,incident shape factors of cylindrical charges with arbitrary aspect ratios were predicted by a neural network.Finally,reflected shape factors were derived and implemented into the subroutine of the ABAQUS code to modify the CONWEP model,including modifications of impulse and overpressure.The reliability of the proposed NNS method was verified by related experimental results.Remarkable accuracy improvement was acquired by the proposed NNS method compared with the unmodified CONWEP model.Moreover,huge efficiency superiority was obtained by the proposed NNS method compared with the CEL method.The proposed NNS method showed good accuracy when the scaled distance was greater than 0.2 m/kg^(1/3).It should be noted that there is no need to generate a new dataset again since the blast loads satisfy the similarity law,and the proposed NNS method can be directly used to simulate the blast loads generated by different cylindrical charges.The proposed NNS method with high efficiency and accuracy can be used as an effective method to analyze the dynamic response of structures under blast loads,and it has significant application prospects in designing protective structures. 展开更多

Typhoons can cause large-area blackouts or partial outages of distribution networks.We define a partial outage state in the distribution network as a gray state and propose a gray-start strategy and two-stage distribution network emergency recovery framework.A phase-space reconstruction and stacked integrated model for predicting wind and photovoltaic generation during typhoon disasters is proposed in the first stage.This provides guidance for second-stage post-disaster emergency recovery scheduling.The emergency recovery scheduling model is established in the second stage,and this model is supported by a thermal power-generating unit,mobile emergency generators,and distributed generators.Distributed generation includes wind power generation,photovoltaics,fuel cells,etc.Simultaneously,we con-sider the gray-start based on the pumped storage unit to be an important first step in the emergency recovery strategy.This model is val-idated on the improved IEEE 33 node system,which utilizes data from the 2022 super typhoon“Muifa”in Zhoushan,Zhejiang,China.Simulations indicate the superiority of a gray start with a pumped storage unit and the proposed emergency recovery strategy. 展开更多

The model inversion is under the hover condition. And the adaptive control law based on the neural network is designed to guarantee the boundedness of tracking error and control signals. Simulation results demonstrate that the nonlinear neural network augmented model inversion can self-adapt to the uncertainty and modeling errors of unmanned helicopters. 车载网控系统是保证运行安全的一类重要控制设备,也是确保系统稳定运行的核心部件。为了提高车载网控系统故障诊断效率,通过遗传算法(GA)具有的全局寻优功能来实现对神经网络初始阈值与权值的优化,把寻优结果代到神经网络内完成训练过程... 车载网控系统是保证运行安全的一类重要控制设备,也是确保系统稳定运行的核心部件。为了提高车载网控系统故障诊断效率,通过遗传算法(GA)具有的全局寻优功能来实现对神经网络初始阈值与权值的优化,把寻优结果代到神经网络内完成训练过程;使ANN泛化方法具有的映射性能获得充分利用可以防止产生局部极小值情况,获得更高的分类精度;利用实例分析方式测试车载故障诊断过程的有效性。研究结果表明:采用GA改进ANN算法可以有效优化平均误差及数据正确率,有效降低迭代次数,表明可以通过GA改进ANN方法来提升神经网络运算性能。经过遗传算法优化处理的ANN在训练过程中可以获得比初始ANN更快时收敛速率。 展开更多

目的针对相关设计规范和文献在计算圆端形截面钢管混凝土短柱轴压承载力上的局限性,开发高精高效的轴压承载力预测模型。方法首先,基于国内外已有的RECFST短柱轴压试验研究结果建立有限元模型,并通过验证;其次,基于Python脚本批量生成... 目的针对相关设计规范和文献在计算圆端形截面钢管混凝土短柱轴压承载力上的局限性,开发高精高效的轴压承载力预测模型。方法首先,基于国内外已有的RECFST短柱轴压试验研究结果建立有限元模型,并通过验证;其次,基于Python脚本批量生成有限元模型,建立涵盖广泛输入参数的数据集;然后,利用数据集开发高精度的ANN模型并与相关规范和文献结果进行比较;最后,基于ANN模型开发GUI图形用户界面工具。结果ANN模型预测值与试验结果之比的平均值N ANN/N u=0.98,模型预测误差远低于相关规范和文献公式预测误差;ANN模型的均方误差K MSE=7.3734×10-7,总数据样本回归值R=0.99963,表明了ANN模型的有效性以及预测结果的精确性。结论ANN模型可以准确预测RECFST短柱的轴压承载力,基于模型开发的GUI工具简便实用。 展开更多

In this work,a frame work for time-varying channel modeling and simulation is proposed by using neural network(NN)to overcome the shortcomings in geometry based stochastic model(GBSM)and simulation approach.Two NN models are developed for modeling of path loss together with shadow fading(SF)and joint small scale channel parameters.The NN models can predict path loss plus SF and small scale channel parameters accurately compared with measurement at 26 GHz performed in an outdoor microcell.The time-varying path loss and small scale channel parameters generated by the NN models are proposed to replace the empirical path loss and channel parameter random numbers in GBSM-based framework to playback the measured channel and match with its environment.Moreover,the sparse feature of clusters,delay and angular spread,channel capacity are investigated by a virtual array measurement at 28 GHz in a large waiting hall. 展开更多

Oil and gas pipeline networks are a key link in the coordinated development of oil and gas both upstream and downstream.To improve the reliability and safety of the oil and gas pipeline network, inspections are implemented to minimize the risk of leakage, spill and theft, as well as documenting actual incidents. In recent years, unmanned aerial vehicles have been recognized as a promising option for inspection due to their high efficiency. However, the integrated optimization of unmanned aerial vehicle inspection for oil and gas pipeline networks, including physical feasibility, the performance of mission, cooperation, real-time implementation and three-dimensional(3-D) space, is a strategic problem due to its large-scale,complexity as well as the need for efficiency. In this work, a novel mixed-integer nonlinear programming model is proposed that takes into account the constraints of the mission scenario and the safety performance of unmanned aerial vehicles. To minimize the total length of the inspection path, the model is solved by a two-stage solution method. Finally, a virtual pipeline network and a practical pipeline network are set as two examples to demonstrate the performance of the optimization schemes. Terrestrial laser scanning(TLS) is a useful technology for rock mass characterization. A laser scanner produces a massive point cloud of a scanned area, such as an exposed rock surface in an underground tunnel,with millimeter precision. The density of the point cloud depends on several parameters from both the TLS operational conditions and the specifications of the project, such as the resolution and the quality of the laser scan, the section of the tunnel, the distance between scanning stations, and the purpose of the scans. One purpose of the scan can be to characterize the rock mass and statistically analyze the discontinuities that compose it for further discontinuous modeling. In these instances, additional data processing and a detailed analysis should be performed on the point cloud to extract the parameters to define a discrete fracture network(DFN) for each discontinuity set. I-site studio is a point cloud processing software that allows users to edit and process laser scans. This software contains a set of geotechnical analysis tools that assist engineers during the structural mapping process, allowing for greater and more representative data regarding the structural information of the rock mass, which may be used for generating DFNs. This paper presents the procedures used during a laser scan for characterizing discontinuities in an underground limestone mine and the results of the scan as applied to the generation of DFNs for further discontinuous modeling. 展开更多

In this paper,the channel estimation issue in FD amplify-andforward relay networks is considered,where the training-based estimation technique is adopted. Firstly,the least square(LS) estimation is implemented to obtain composite channel coefficients of source-relay-destination(SRD) channel and relay loop-interference(LI) channel in order to assist destination in performing data detection. Secondly,both LS and maximum likelihood estimation methods are utilized to perform individual channel estimation aiming at supporting successive interference cancelation at destination. Finally,simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of both composite and individual channel estimation,and the presented ML method can achieve lower MSEs than LS solution. 展开更多

Wireless sensor networks are suffering from serious frequency interference.In this paper,we propose a channel assignment algorithm based on graph theory in wireless sensor networks.We first model the conflict infection graph for channel assignment with the goal of global optimization minimizing the total interferences in wireless sensor networks.The channel assignment problem is equivalent to the generalized graph-coloring problem which is a NP-complete problem.We further present a meta-heuristic Wireless Sensor Network Parallel Tabu Search(WSN-PTS) algorithm,which can optimize global networks with small numbers of iterations.The results from a simulation experiment reveal that the novel algorithm can effectively solve the channel assignment problem. 展开更多
