摘要
高校学业帮辅工作作为“三全育人”体系的重要实践载体,既是提升人才培养质量的关键抓手,更是实现立德树人根本任务的战略支点。本文以某高校某学院学业服务站为研究样本,通过对其“思想引领、管理服务、专业赋能”三位一体育人模式的系统剖析,为破解学生学习动力不足、资源协同失效等现实困境,促进学业帮辅与思政教育深度融合,推动学业帮辅工作从“知识传授”向“价值引领”深化转型给出实践案例参考。As an important practical carrier of the “three-in-one education” system, academic assistance in colleges and universities is not only the key to improving the quality of talent cultivation, but also the strategic fulcrum to realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and building people. This paper takes the academic service station of a college of a university as a research sample, through the systematic analysis of its trinity education mode of “ideological guidance, management service and professional empowerment”, it gives practical reference for solving the practical difficulties such as insufficient learning motivation and resource synergy failure, promoting the deep integration of academic assistance and ideological and political education, and promoting the deepening transformation of academic assistance from “knowledge imparting” to “value leading”.
