摘要
以TiO2-BaO-SiO2系统为高折射率玻璃微珠的玻璃系统,采用X射线衍射、梯度炉、光学显微镜等测试手段探讨了玻璃微珠的析晶、成型方法和折射率的测定方法。结果表明,TiO2-BaO-SiO2玻璃系统随着TiO2/BaO摩尔比的增大,析晶倾向增大,所制得的玻璃微珠通过固体介质熔融比较法测得2.0<nD<2.1。
High refractive index glass beads for TiO_2-BaO-SiO_2 system were prepared. The range of crystallization temperature, forming method and refractive index test were studied by XRD, Gradient electric furnace,OM,etc. The results show that crystallization tendency is increasing obvious for this glass system with increasing TiO_2/BaO(mol). The refractive index n_D of glass beads determined by melting comparison method of solid agent is from 2.0 to 2.1 which is in agreement with theoretical calculating.
