摘要
知识产权作为创新成果标志,已经成为高校科技管理工作中的重要内容。但对知识产权的经济性和法制性认识仍然十分模糊,高校普遍缺乏规范、严格的知识产权的管理制度,造成了高校知识产权的大量流失,严重制约了高校科技创新作用的充分发挥。
Intellectual Property Right,as the symbol of innovation achievements,has become impotant part of S&T management in high institution. But the economic nature and legal system character of intellectual property right have not been sufficiency recognized up to now. There is popularly lack of normative and rigorous management system of intellectual property right in high institution. This situation leads tremendous lose of intellectual property right high institution,restricts the function of S&T innovation in high institution.
