摘要
生物催化剂的分子设计研究是发展新型生物催化剂的重要手段。蛋白质工程技术的应用为其发展提供了有效的技术平台。定点突变技术、DNA改组与体外定向进化技术等已在创造新型生物催化剂、改造天然生物催化剂的结构与功能方面呈现出良好发展前景。本文对有关技术的原理与应用及其已取得的主要研究成果做了简要介绍与讨论。
The biocatalyst molecular design is an important method to develop new biocatalyst. The protein engineering technique has become a technique platform to generate the efficient, effective biocatalyst, site-directed mutagenesis, DNA suffling, invitro directed evolution promise the creation of new biocatalyst and improving of structure and function of nature enzyme and should open up new opportunities for producing more effective biocatalyst.
