摘要
针对大数据用户需求分析、三维脚型测量、3D虚拟化设计、2D样板工程、工艺编排、成本核算、全自动电脑针车机缝制、智能下裁、激光起毛、芯片识别与信息传递、在制品自动化传送、机械手喷脱模剂、智能仓储等涉及智能化鞋靴制造体系的关键技术,进行了研究,为我国制鞋产业从研发、设计、生产,到仓储、物流、终端销售各个环节,进行智造升级,并实现产品细分化(不同场合穿着需求)、个性化(定制产品和服务)、品牌化,提供参考。
The key technologies involved in intelligent shoes manufacturing system were studied, including demand analysis of large data users, three dimensional foot type measurement,3D virtualization design, 2D typical project, Tech Pac, cost accounting, automatic sewing machine, intelligent cutting, laser roughing, chip recognition and information transfer, automatic transmission of articles being processed, mechanical hand spray release agent, intelligent storage and etc. It provides inference for the manufacture upgrade of our country’s footwear industry, from research, design, production, to warehousing, logistics, terminal sales. And it’s also important to achieve industry segmentation(demands for different occasions), production personalization(customized products and services) and branding.
