摘要
目的:探讨孕妇母乳喂养健康教育对母乳喂养成功率及母婴健康的影响。方法:将2010年3月至2011年4月在杏花岭区妇幼保健所建立围产保健手册的230例孕妇随机分为健康教育组与对照组,每组115例孕妇。健康教育组孕妇进行专门的母乳喂养健康教育;对照组孕妇进行常规健康教育。比较两组孕妇母乳喂养知识的掌握程度、实际母乳喂养率、中重度乳胀率及新生儿体重减轻情况。结果:健康教育组孕妇母乳喂养知识掌握程度与实际母乳喂养率显著高于对照组孕妇,而中重度乳胀率与新生儿体重减轻情况明显低于对照组孕妇,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇母乳喂养健康教育对增强孕妇母乳喂养意识,提高母乳喂养率,促进母亲与新生儿健康具有重要的临床意义。
Explore pregnant women breastfeeding health education to the breastfeeding and the influence of the success rate of maternal and child health.Methods: in March 2010 to April 2011 XingHuaLingQu in maternity and child health—care station set up of 230 cases of manual perinatal care pregnant women were randomly divided into health education group and control group,each group of 115 pregnant women.Health education group of pregnant women specialized breastfeeding health education;The control group pregnant women for regular health education.Compare two sets of pregnant women breastfeeding knowledge and mastery of actual mother's milk feeding rate,moderate to severe milk bilge rate and neonatal weight loss(P<0.05).Results:health education group of pregnant women breastfeeding knowledge of and actual mother's milk feeding rate was significantly higher than the control group in pregnant women,and moderate to severe milk bilge rate and neonatal weight loss was significantly lower than the control group in pregnant.
