摘要
该文通过分析原油发电机组布置原则,梳理原油发电机组及其辅助系统设备布置要求,并结合海上固定平台和FPSO两种依托设施的特点,研究了大容量原油发电机组的几种常见布置方案,包括海上固定平台上层甲板布置方案、下层甲板布置方案和FPSO上部组块布置方案,绘制了布置图,并分析了各方案的优、缺点和限制因素,从而为工程设计及海上油田开发原油发电机组优化布置提供参考和依据。
In this paper,principles and requirements for layout of crude oil engine generator sets are studied,equipments of relevant auxiliary systems included.According to differences between platform and FPSO that crude oil engine generator sets reposed on,research on common layout schemes is done,including reposed on upper deck of platform,lower deck of platform and FPSO topside,as well as layout drawings.Meanwhile,for different layout schemes,advantages,disadvantage and limiting factors are analysed,which provides guidance for engineering design and layout optimization for offshore oil field development.
