摘要
目的调查全国31个省级疾控中心微信公众平台建设和运营情况,分析平台信息推送内容及传播效果。方法利用手机微信APP搜索全国31个省级疾控中心微信平台,获取平台建设和运营现状,使用词云图展示信息推送热点并借助清博大数据分析传播效果。结果全国29个省级疾控中心开通微信平台,其中28个已微信认证,22个更新时间<7 d;29个平台共推送21 028篇文章,健康科普类占64.9%,'三减三健'、健康生活方式、微广播剧是疾控中心信息推送的热点;上海、陕西和湖北疾控的微信传播效果名列前3位。结论疾控中心可从增强互动交流、贴近用户需求、把握信息热点、提高原创输出等方面促进微信平台发展。
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the construction and operation of the WeChat public platform by 31 provincial CDCs,and to analyze the communication effects of the platform information.Methods Mobile phone WeChat APP was used to search 31 WeChat platforms by provincial CDCs to obtain the status of platform construction and operation,and word cloud map was used to display the hotspots of information and analyze the communication effect with Qingbo data.Results 29 provincial CDCs opened WeChat platform,28 of which had WeChat certification,and 22 had an update time<7 days.29 platforms pushed 21028 articles,and articles on health sciences accounted for 64.9%.'Three reductions and three health'was hot spot for information transmission by CDC.WeChat communication index of Shanghai,Shaanxi and Hubei CDC were the top three.Conclusion The CDC can promote the development of WeChat platform by enhancing interaction,closely approaching users’needs,grasping information hotspots and improving original output.
