摘要
以12CrNi3A钢为例,对合金渗碳钢零件发生渗碳层鼓泡和鳞状裂纹的原因进行了试验分析,并提出了防止鳞裂的工艺措施。文中指出,在非马氏体渗碳钢、半马氏体渗碳钢和马氏体渗碳钢三大类钢种中,只有半马氏体渗碳钢才具有很大的渗碳鳞裂敏感性。
In this paper, the cause of forming surface bubbling and scaled-crack i ng in the carburized case for 12CrNi3A steel were analyzed, and the measure to prevent scaled-cracking was introduced.It is denoted that, among the three kinds of carburizing steel of nonmartensitic, halfmartensitic and full martensite, only half-martensitic carburizing steel has the higher sensitivity of scaled-cracking after carburizing.
