摘要
本文研究了不同场强的高压静电场对平菇菌丝生长速度、生长势和细胞分裂的影响。结果表明,场强为4.OKV/cm和5.6KV/cm的高压静电处理组的平菇菌丝生长速度都高于对照组,日平均生长量分别为6.6mm和6.7mm,比对照组分别快1.0mm和1.1mm;长势也显著优于对照组;菌丝锁状联合数目均比对照组增多一倍。
The effect of different intensity of high pressure electrostatic field on the growth of mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied in this paper. The results showed that the intensity of 4. 0KV/cm and 5. 6KV/cm can increase the growth of mycelia comparing to the control group. The growth speed in experimental group was 6. 6mm/day and 6. 7mm/day respectively,and it was 1. 0mm/day and 1. 1mm/day quicker than the controls. The density ,color and growing stare of mycelia was much better than control group,and the number of clamp connection was one time the control.
