摘要
目的:观察天贝汤联合西药对支气管哮喘患儿免疫功能及血清IL-4水平的影响。方法:选取2015年3月~2017年3月收治的支气管哮喘患儿120例,根据住院编号随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在此基础上另加服天贝汤,连续治疗30d。观察两组治疗前后免疫功能、血清白介素-4水平、中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组CD4+水平更高(P<0.05),CD8+水平更低(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+更大(P<0.05),lgG、lgE下降幅度更大(P<0.05);观察组血清白介素IL-4、IL-13、IL-17水平下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天贝汤联合西药治疗可改善支气管哮喘患儿免疫功能,并降低血清IL-4水平。
Objective:To observe the effect of Tianbei Decoction combined with western medicine on immune function and serum IL-4 level for children patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:120 cases of children patients with bronchial asthma admitted from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and controlled group according to hospitalization number,with 60 cases in each group.The controlled group was given western medicine,and the observation group was given Tianbei Decoction on the basis of the controlled group,and they were treated for 30 days continuously.The immune function,serum interleukin-4 level,TCM syndromes scores and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,compared with the controlled group,the CD4+level was higher than the observation group(P<0.05),and the CD8+level was lower(P<0.05),and the CD4+/CD8+was greater(P<0.05),and the decrease of lgG and lgE was greater(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin IL-4,IL-13 and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The decline of TCM syndromes scores in the observation group was greater than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tianbei Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the immune function of children patients with bronchial asthma,and reduce serum IL-4 level.
