摘要
本文提出经济外交新概念 ,从经济外交的三个主体 (国家、国际组织和争取独立的民族 )和经济外交是外交内部的一个分支等四个方面阐明了经济外交的历史、现实和理论根据 ,并从有利于纠正片面强调外交政治属性的偏颇、有利于促进实现国家利益最大化、有利于外交的专业化分工、有利于强化经济意识、有利于推动经济发展和建设、有利于树立经济外交新形象等六个方面 ,论述了我国推行经济外交的必要性。同时 ,文章还从总体外交的角度提出中国经济外交面临着机遇和挑战的严峻课题。
This article suggests that the concept of economic diplomacy should be introduced and applied to academic research.The historical,realistic,and theoretical reasons for this are discussed and clarified in six respects,such as its contribution to correcting the biased conception which puts much emphasis on the political character of diplomacy and promotes the maximization of national interests.Meanwhile,it introduces the fresh concept of economic diplomacy,which is expounded in four respects,among which are the three subjects of economic diplomacy as well as the concept regarding economic diplomacy as a branch of diplomacy.Furthermore,the author discusses the opportunities and challenges of Chinese economic diplomacy from the perspective of general diplomacy.
