摘要
用两种复合膜,对渗透蒸发膜法分离叔丁醇 水体系进行了过程的热力学与动力学分析.通过增强因子的计算并对比实验测定的分离因子,初步探讨了它的分离性能;从水透过膜的推动力着手,通过计算活度系数等参数,分析了它的分离极限.由间歇式恒组成渗透蒸发实验,建立了温度和浓度双参数的渗透通量方程,并进行了模拟计算,模拟计算曲线与实验曲线的对比结果表明,模型的适用性较好.从实验结果看,日本膜的分离性能较好,真空度对分离程度影响很大.
Separation of tertbutyl alcohol (TBA)water mixture by pervaporation process for two types of composite membranes is conducted. To investigate the performance of the process, enhance factor is calculated and compared with the separation factor, whereby the separation limit is found out by analyzing the impetus of the process. The dynamic behavior of the process is researched by batch experiments with a constant composition. A numerical model is developed to describe the process by considering concentration and temperature as the operating parameters. The simulation results coincide with the experimental ones well. By comparing the above two kinds of factors, it can be found that the pervapovation membrane made in Japan demonstrates a better suitability.The module vacuum strongly influences the separation degree.
