摘要
阀芯在多路阀阀体内运动的过程中,阀芯的疲劳强度对阀的整体质量有很大影响,而通常设计过程中仅通过有限元软件(ANSYS)分析阀芯强度,忽视疲劳强度验证,可能会在后期带来一些质量问题。针对这一问题,基于阀芯的实际分析,说明了修正的古德曼曲线的运用方法。古德曼曲线是一种研究物体在振幅恒定、循环载荷的非零平均应力作用下影响其疲劳寿命的方法。基于修正的古德曼曲线并结合有限元分析实际应用的三根阀芯,验证了此曲线的实用性。
When spool shifts in multiple unit valve, the fatigue strength of the spool has a great impact on the quality of the valve. In the design process, the strength of spool is usually just analyzed through FEA software, but its fa-tigue strength verification process is ignored. It may cause some quality issues later. To avoid this issue, this paper analyzes three different spools to explain the use of the modified Goodman diagram. A Goodman analysis is a meth-od of studying the effect on fatigue life of non-zero mean stress in a constant amplitude cyclic load.
