摘要
首先分析了虚拟企业收益分配的基本原则及其冲突的可拓模型,在此基础上,运用可拓学中转换桥的理论与方法,对虚拟企业在运营过程中出现的收益分配冲突,进行了协调研究,以期达到双赢,为冲突管理探寻一种新的方法,也为管理者提供一种形式化的操作方法.
In this paper, the basic principles and extension model for profit allocation are proposed. By transforming bridge method and integrating the investment and risk factors, the conflict of profit allocation is primarily studied.The study will provide an effective formalized way for managers to do with the practical problems.
