摘要
大力推动地方本科院校向应用型高等院校转型发展,正确引导地方本科院校转变为应用型高等院校,是顺应时代发展的需要的重大举措。本文基于地方本科院校的调研,对地方应用型本科院校转型发展进行了一系列研究与探讨。研究指出地方应用型本科院校要实现转型发展,则需要做到以下几点:要通过转变办学理念明确新的应用型培养目标、不断加强应用型师资队伍建设和推进应用型人才培养模式改革、做到突出地方特色积极推进适合区域发展的专业群建设、构建校企合作提升学校服务社会的意识和提高"产学研"能力等办学路径的实施。
It is an important measure to adapt the needs of the times to promote the transformation and development of the local undergraduate colleges and universities to the application-oriented colleges and universities and to guide the local colleges and universities to turn into the applicationoriented colleges and universities. Based on the investigation of local colleges and universities, this paper makes a series of research and discussion on the transformation and development of local applied undergraduate colleges. The research points out that in order to realize the transformation and development of the local applied undergraduate colleges and universities, the following points should be done: to make clear the new applied training objectives through the transformation of the idea of running a school, We should constantly strengthen the construction of applied teachers and promote the reform of the training mode of applied talents, so as to give prominence to local characteristics and actively promote the construction of professional groups suitable for regional development and construct cooperation between schools and enterprises to promote the awareness of school service society and improve the ability of 'production, learning and research' implementation of the school path.
