摘要
"一带一路"是新中国进行伟大复兴的重要战略,在丝绸之路经济带和海上丝绸之路的经济发展战略推动下,中国在国际上的活跃度上升,并且在"一带一路"沿线国家的经贸往来增多,这对于英语教育而言是机遇也是挑战。英语作为世界通用语言,在贸易往来中是作为官方的语言媒介,在新的战略背景下,"一带一路"的经济发展对英语人才的要求较以往有所改变,而高校英语教育教学改革也因随之改变。本文从"一带一路"倡议影响下的英语人才需求特点出发,结合高校英语教学的现状,探讨英语教育教学的新模式。
'Belt and Road' is an important initiative for the great rejuvenation of New China. Under the economic development initiative of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Maritime Silk Road, China’s international activity has increased. And in Belt and Road along the country increased economic and trade ties, which is an opportunity for English education is also a challenge. English, as a universal language in the world, is the official language medium in trade exchanges. Under the new initiative background, the requirements of Belt and Road’s economic development for English-speaking talents have changed compared with the past. The reform of English teaching in colleges and universities has also changed. Based on the characteristics of English talents demand under the influence of Belt and Road’s initiative and the present situation of English teaching in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the new mode of English teaching and learning.
