摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国市场经济水平不断提高,越来越多的企业之间开始由过去的产品竞争,转向为企业管理的竞争,但是传统的人事管理已经无法适应现代人事管理需求,为此必须要积极促进传统人事管理,向现代化的人事管理进行转变。
