随着互联网的普及与发展,电商行业迅速崛起。电商平台成为企业争夺的主要目标,苏宁易购作为苏宁电器旗下新一代B2C购物平台,其自营物流模式与强大的采购模式以及线上线下结合的营业模式让其在电商竞争中脱颖而出。本文结合我国家电行业发展现状与苏宁物流运作概况,分析研究苏宁易购的物流模式并提出相应竞争策略。
