摘要
基于产教融合背景,本文以机制专业课程改革为切入点,在“机械CAD/CAM”核心课程中引入核桃破壳机的研发项目,将企业实际技术需求转化为教学任务,推动数字化机械设计、三维建模、轻量化设计与辅助制造等教学内容与核桃破壳机的设计、仿真、制造、装配等实践环节深度融合。通过项目驱动的课程改革实施,机制专业的教学质量与产教融合水平得到大幅提升,学生综合应用能力与创新能力也明显提高,同时为机械类专业的课程改革提供了可借鉴的实践案例。
Based on the context of industry-education integration,this paper takes the curriculum reform of the mechanical engineering program as the breakthrough point,introducing the research and development project of the walnut shell breaking machine into the core course"Mechanical CAD/CAM".By transforming the actual technical needs of enterprises into teaching tasks,it promotes the deep integration of digital mechanical design,3D modeling,lightweight design,and auxiliary manufacturing with the practical aspects of designing,simulating,manufacturing,assembling,and debugging the walnut shell breaking machine.Through the implementation of project-driven curriculum reform,the teaching quality of the mechanical engineering program and the level of industry-education integration have been significantly improved.The comprehensive application abilities and innovative capabilities of students have also been notably enhanced.Meanwhile,this provides a practical reference case for the curriculum reform of mechanical-related majors.
