电力系统负荷调节对街区照明节能效果的影响及优化策略

摘要 为提升街区照明节能效果,分析电力系统负荷调节的影响机制。负荷调节从时间、空间、技术、管理四个维度显著影响节能效果。时间维度通过分时段调节和峰谷电价节能,但时控模式僵化,存在深夜安全隐患;空间维度通过分区控制和分级管理实现精准节能,但面临区域划分粗糙和社会接受度差的问题;技术维度依托智能调光和传感器提升节能效果,但受兼容性和系统稳定性制约;管理维度通过精细化运维提升效果,但存在标准缺失和协调困难的缺陷。为解决上述问题,提出了动态智能调节、精细化分区管理、技术优化集成、长效机制建设等优化策略,旨在推动街区照明向智能化、低碳化方向发展。 In order to improve the energy-saving effect of block lighting,the influence mechanism of power system load regulation is analyzed.Load regulation significantly affects the energy-saving effect from four dimensions:time,space,technology and management.The temporal dimension saves energy through time-based regulation and peak-valley price,but the time control mode is rigid and poses safety risks during late-night hours;the spatial dimension achieves precise energy saving through zoning control and hierarchical management,but it faces problems of rough zoning and poor social acceptance;the technical dimension relies on intelligent dimming and sensors to improve energy-saving effect,but it is restricted by compatibility and system stability;the management dimension improves the effect through refined operation and maintenance,but there are defects of missing standards and difficult coordination.In order to solve the above problems,optimization strategies such as dynamic intelligent regulation,refined zoning management,technological optimization and integration,and long-term mechanism construction are proposed to promote the block lighting to develop into the intelligent and low-carbon directions.
