摘要
本文以乡村振兴重点帮扶县的两家农业民营企业为研究对象,采用探索性双案例研究,分析乡村振兴背景下民营企业发展韧性的生成逻辑。研究发现,乡村民营企业发展韧性源于韧性的初始驱动、资源韧性、组织韧性及生态韧性四个层次。其中,韧性的初始驱动由被动生存压力与主动发展诉求催化形成;资源韧性通过政策支持与市场机制的整合来获取;组织韧性依靠技术创新与制度安排的协同而构建;生态韧性形成于社会责任与品牌价值的良性互动。四个层次动态协调,共同构成乡村民营企业可持续发展的基础。
This study examines two private agricultural enterprises in key rural revitalization counties through an exploratory dual-case study,analyzing the generative logic of corporate resilience in this context.The research identifies four dimensions of rural private enterprise resilience:initial driving force,resource resilience,organizational resilience,and ecological resilience.The initial driving force emerges from the interplay between passive survival pressures and active developmental aspirations.Resource resilience is achieved through the integration of policy support and market mechanisms.Organizational resilience is built through the synergy of technological innovation and institutional arrangements.Ecological resilience develops through the positive interaction between social responsibility and brand value.These four levels dynamically coordinate to form the foundation for sustainable development of rural private enterprises.
