摘要
为探究河源市数字经济与乡村振兴战略发展的相互作用,构建评价指标体系,运用熵权法和耦合协调度模型分析2012—2023年河源市数字经济与乡村振兴的耦合协调度,并通过障碍度模型精准识别影响关键制约因素。结果表明:河源市数字经济与乡村振兴战略发展具有较高的相互关联度,且协调度逐年递增;影响二者协调度的核心障碍因子分别是生态宜居、乡村治理、数字经济基础设施、数字技术、数字产业发展水平。基于此,提出加大数字化基础设施建设,强化数字产业与农业全产业链融合、推进数字技术乡村治理、生态保护等方面的应用、提升农村居民数字素养等建议,以数字赋能推动河源市乡村振兴高质量发展。
In order to study the interaction between digital economy and rural revitalization strategy in Heyuan City,this paper constructs an evaluation index system,analyzes the coupling coordination of digital economy and rural revitalization in Heyuan City from^(2)012 to 2023 by using entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model,and accurately identifies the key constraints through the obstacle degree model.The results show that the digital economy and rural revitalization strategy in Heyuan City have a high degree of correlation,and the coordination degree is increasing year by year;the core obstacle factors affecting the coordination degree of the two are ecological livability,rural governance,digital economic infrastructure,digital technology and the development level of digital industry.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing the construction of digital infrastructure,strengthening the integration of digital industry and the whole agricultural industry chain,promoting the application of digital technology in rural governance and ecological protection,and improving the digital literacy of rural residents,so as to promote the high-quality development of Heyuan rural revitalization with digital empowerment.
